You broke me in such a short time.
People would think I'd be angry, but instead I'm relieved.
You never lied to me and showed me your array of colored feathers spread out wide where all could see.
The signs were there, but at the time I didn't care.
Now I feel a little perplexed about how things went. Yet I'm not sad and I'm not angry.
I guess this is the best thing for us.
I guess it's true what they say and I couldn't give you what you needed to stay.
I'm okay.
The universe had fun playing with my emotions, but now destiny has set me free. I might've of stumbled some on my feet,
but yet I do not feel unhappy.
Things worked out for the best and I wish you the best.
So, I'm letting go and I have not a care in the world.
Fate has other plans.
