I want to kill the stigma around mental disorders. They try to treat us like we are less than human because we struggle to breathe. They want to label us as unstable and untrustworthy,
but that's not true.Everyone has a problem of their own,
but many fear the ridicule that comes along with bringing our problems to the light,
I want to end this tonight. We should be able to tell each other things without being called crazy.
We should be free of labels and harsh judgements. We should be able to speak our problems and have people who truly understand them.
I want to kill the stigma that surrounds these disorders and set us free.
We are not crazy because we sometimes struggle to breathe.
