I could see the red ink on his neck. Definitely a tattoo leading to an even bigger one under his white shirt. And he was in blue jeans and an Italian shoe with dark blue socks.

"You can call me Rosaline or Rosa. I am his older sister." I gave him a smile. A little part of me was nervous because Leonardo was starting a new school.

At least it was a good thing he would be starting with a new session and he wouldn't be the only new kid.

"You guys are new here?" Timmy casually asked and I would have tensed, but I played it well. I already briefed Leo to always say no whenever someone asked him if we were new here.

Maybe he guessed it from our looks or he was just curious, I couldn't say. Still, we couldn't trust anyone.

"Hmm, new in the area. We've been here for a while though, and we're Italians if that's what you're asking."

"Oh sure. Just curious. Let's go bud." Timmy told Leo who was still looking at the hand he just shook. There was a red rose tattoo on it and Leo was staring at the drawing with fascination.

I released an exasperated breath.

I would have to sit him down and give him 'a talk' about where we are and the kind of people he might see here, when he gets back from school.

"Bye sis."

Leo moved closer and I leaned in to accept his kisses on each cheek and my forehead. It was a ritual that we practiced since he was in kindergarten and it eventually grew on us.

"Bye baby. Don't forget what I told you." I smiled lovingly and he rolled his eyes. Typical Leo.

"I won't punch anyone and I'll control my anger if they snicker at me."

"Good boy." He got into the front seat and Timmy nodded before shutting the door and starting the car. I quickly motioned for Leo to strap in his seatbelt, which he did immediately.

Watching the car drive towards the main gate, I decided it was time for me to head back in.

I went back in with a light heart. Finally my siblings and I would be having a fresh start.

A loud crash made me still as I was making my way to our room and I looked up.

Another crash followed and then someone started yelling very loudly and crashing what only God knows.

Gonzalo.

"What the fuck did you just say?! How dare you think you can take what is mine, you goddamn filthy piece of shit?!" He roared in a tone I'd never heard him use and I went up quickly to check what was going on.

Where was Agatha anyway?

My mind kept screaming at me to leave but of course I was curious. And I wanted to start playing my role as a babysitter well.

I rolled my eyes at my own thoughts.

I opened the door with a thumping heart and took note of the damage, looking for him. The table was turned upsidedown, the flower vase was shattered and there were pieces of glass on the ground.

Not too much damage I guess, compared to the numerous shattering I'd heard from the living room.

I saw a movement from the red curtain and guessed he was standing there, probably to cool down...

"If I don't get a feedback by four PM, expect a visit from Ghandi." He snapped and ended the call.

Ghandi...was that a god or something?

At least I knew that was an Indian name. His tone when he said the last part made chills run down my spine.

"Are you set?"

I kept mute.

"Rosaline, I know you are there. Are you set?"

"Yes." I tried not to squeak. Freaky much?

"Alright. Prepare my breakfast and bring it up right away. After that, we'll leave." He told me in an indifferent tone and I nodded quickly before dashing out of there.

This was only the beginning.

I needed to understand this man if I wanted to get to him and speak his language. His mood language.

Also, from what I had seen on my second day here and also just now, showing fear was out of the question because he needed someone that could get under his skin and talk to h in ways he wouldn't be able to argue with.

Okay then.

Let the games begin.

Hey guys. I finally updated after a long time.

Do you think Rosa can break down Gonzalo's walls?

Leo isn't going to be easy to handle. Especially with the type of people his sister is now working for. He has always had a defiant spirit.

If you've read SBTTB, then you'll know that Gonzalo had an issue with Stephano and this book follows years after.

I'm excited for this book. It'll have guns and kidnaps and deaths and fights and love....similar to HIS and Protected by the Beast.

Your girl,
Hephzibah :-)
