The Wedding Day
"Now Eric you may say your vows to Amiyah."
Eric grabs her hands and smiles at her and starts his vows.
"I, Eric take you Amiyah to be my wife. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life."
"The rings please."
The maid of honor and the best man passes the rings to the couple. Everyone is so excited about the union that is about to happen except for two people.
It's taking everything in them not to tell the secrets that lies between them. This has been his friend since kindergarten. And now he's about to ruin his life because of this secret.
"Is there anyone here who thinks this man and woman should not be married? Speak now or forever hold your peace?
"I can't take this shenanigans anymore I object!"
The crowd all start talking among themselves in shock that he stood and interrupted the wedding.
"Thank God I thought no one will say anything! I'm sorry man. I can't let you do this! I object too!"
