Even though Michael had said we were going home, we never did.

Not yet, at least..

Michael was still on the Bad Tour.

Well the last of his shows.

I smiled widely, resting my head on Michael's shoulder as I held onto Rose.

My baby.. She's now seven months old. My god, how time flies.

She has the cutest curls!

"Michael, when are we going home again?" I softly asked.

"In a few days, baby." He smiled.

I smirked, "Do you remember when you told me about your friend...Ryan White, I believe?" I softly asked.

"Yeah?" Michael replied.

I licked my lips, "Maybe you two should talk and hang out again once we get home." I said.

Michael smiled, "That sounds like a great idea, Mia." He said.

I blushed, "Just... Don't tell him about my condition, please." I sternly said, feeling a little embarrassed.

Michael nodded, "Of course, baby. That's your privacy." He said.

I smiled slightly, "Thank you." I mumbled.

"You know, I love children, obviously.. But you know why I like Ryan the most?" Michael blurted.

"Why is that?" I curiously asked.

Michael cleared his throat, "Because he treats me like a normal person." He said.

I frowned, feeling heaviness go in my chest. "Michael, that's because you are a normal person." I sighed.

"No, you don't understand, Mia. Most people meet me and treat me different because I'm 'Michael Jackson, the superstar.' Nobody ever thinks of me as 'Michael Jackson, the human being.'" He frowned.

"The cameras are always in my way with the media. I don't get any privacy anymore.." He mumbled.

"Michael, that is sadly the price of being a musician." I said.

Michael glared at me, "I doubt any celebrity has it as bad as I do.." He said.

I frowned, "Ryan probably does." I pointed out.

"He's a child, not a celebrity." Michael sternly said.

I sighed, "Michael, it's just a con of being famous. I don't know what to really say about it.." I softly said.

"See, not even you c-"

"Just ignore them, baby. I'm here." I smiled.

Michael softly sighed, "I know b-"

"You've got Whitney, your family, Elizabeth and even Ryan. You are a normal human, darling. Ain't nobody is gonna change that." I warmly smiled at him.

Michael smiled slightly at me, "Thank you, baby.." He softly said, planting a small kiss on my cheek.

I blushed, "Why are you so worried about what the media thinks anyway?" I asked.

Michael frowned, "They change the truth into lies. I hate lies, Mia. And you of all people know that." He glared at me.

I frowned slightly, feeling guilty. "Yeah.." I mumbled. "I know."
