***Naina's P.O.V***

"I have to go now... talk to you later" Abhi said all of a sudden before disconnecting the call.

Oh God did Bhai do something really really stupid because of Shruthi?!

I pulled out my phone again and dialed Shruthi's mobile - 

And bingo - "hello?" Shruthi spoke in a very feeble voice as soon as she picked up the call.

"Shru...hey what's up?! Why do you sound so...." I began but she cut me off "Naina...dude... I can't talk now..got to go...bye" and hung up!!

She sounded sad and angry at the same time, and yet she cut my call?! What was happening?!

Biting my lip, I tried Abhi's number, who answered my call in one ring "Hey Naina... what happened? Is everything alright there?" he asked, in a concerned voice.

"No I'm fine....but what happened there? I called Shruthi...she did answer my call but hung up saying she's busy" I said, wondering what had happened to my best friend.

"Yeah well your best friend and my supposed best friend didn't answer my call at all when I'd called her... anyway the doctor's here I'll call you a little later" Abhi said in one breath.

"Doctor? Why's there a doctor? What's happened to my Bhai?!" I asked anxiously, my mind making up all the worst-possible scenarios!

"He... the doctor is looking at him as I speak... Look don't worry okay?! I'll call you once I get to know something..." Abhi trailed off, trying and failing to sound casual.

"But.." I began but he cut me in

"I'll call you in a bit" Abhi said quickly.

"Yeah sure....take care" I said before he hung up the call.

Now what?!

Pouting to myself, I started going through my social media accounts, occasionally stopping scrolling down the screen when I read something interesting or to react on my friends' pictures or posts.

And then, a picture of a very familiar person popped-up on my news feed and I stopped, clicking on the news article to read the content.

The heading read "Another eligible bachelor tying the knot?!"  along with a picture of Rohan Kapoor - the CEO and a multi-billionaire, walking and laughing with a girl who was none other than SHRUTHI!!!!

My insides squirmed and I chocked on my saliva as I saw the picture of my ex boyfriend and my best friend, laughing at something and walking together and holding hands!!

Once the shock had subsided a little, I read the article "In another heartbreak for all the women out there, one of the most eligible bachelor's of India, Rohan Kapoor, was found in the company of the daughter of the CEO of Arya fashions - Shruthi Arya. This wasn't the first time that this heartthrob and the hot-CEO of the multi-national company - Kapoor Industries -  was found with this charming young woman.
