Chapter Twenty Four

"Uggh. I am so stuffed" I whined walking in his house and heading straight for the couch as he followed behind me. I know I shouldn't have eaten all that chipotle but, it was too good. I instantly dropped on the couch only to hear him laughing behind me.

"I feel a nap coming on" he muttered sitting next to me pulling closer to him. He kissed my head gently and I couldn't help but smile snuggling more into him. He was right though, I was so tired now I didn't want to do anything else but take a nap.

"But, before that. I want to ask you something. What do you think about us having a mini vacation over the weekend?" "A vacation?" "Yeah. Me, you and Gabby maybe Camelback Lodge or Kalahari Resort for a day and get a hotel room for the night?" He suggested and I nodded agreeing.

"I've been wanting to take her to a waterpark or something and now seems like the perfect time. Find out how much it is and we-" "Don't worry about that, just give me a date that works" "No we can go ha-" he covered my mouth instantly making me sigh.

"I'm paying. Now just tell me a date that's good" he ordered making me laugh. He should know by now I don't back down to a challenge. I didn't like people paying for me and he should know this by now.

"Harry-" "Stop being difficult. It's not your idea, and I just want a damn date. Ren tell me a date or I'm going to pick one myself and then kidnap you two" he simply stated and I sighed knowing I could argue as long as he wanted to but, he wasn't going to give in and I was starting to think he was doing this on purpose just to get on my nerves. He knows he's gotten under my skin and now he's going to enjoy me giving into him.

"You're a pain in my ass Harry" "I just want to have a family vacation and I want to pay. Is that so much to ask for?" He asked out in a low voice pulling me closer.

"I want to take care of you two so just let me" he whispered quietly kissing my head as his words made my heart flutter. How could I say no? If it meant that much to him, I would give in just this once but the next vacation I wanted to contribute too.

"I don't know if I love you more or you're a pain in the ass more" I muttered and he hit my thigh me laughing. "You love me, that's all that matters". I giggled looking up to him smiling moving so I could straddle him and wrap my arms around his neck leaning against his head.

"Of course" I whispered gently pressing my lips to his. He didn't hesitate to kiss me back smiling as he did so. His hands made their way to my lower back pushing me closer to him as my fingers tangled in his loose curls.

One of his hands stayed in my lower back in the other came up to the back of my neck holding me there as his kisses got more intense. I remembered what he said before but, maybe he was just joking with me. All I can do is hope was he wouldn't take it away. I love being around him, talking to him and just laughing about the stupidest things but, I was a sexual person I love being sexual with him.

I let go of his curls letting my hands trail down to his torso and stopping at his jeans to unbuckle them in before I could even accomplish that, I was getting thrown onto the couch. Not in a sexual way either.

He practically gave me whiplash trying to move me away from him.

I could hear both of us breathing hard as I said up looking at him smirking. "I meant what I said" No sex until I give him more than this. We can go on dates, we could hang out and kiss all we want but as soon as sex is involved, he's backing out.

Talk about being serious...

"I hate you" I whispered making him laugh and crawl on top of me pushing me down. "Don't see it as me making you do this but, see it as us just testing the waters and trying to date before taking those steps and getting serious" he reassured kissing my head as he got off of me sitting back on the couch as I laid there.
