Being back in the gymnasium is the best feeling in the world.

My University's basketball team is not popular by any means; we're a small college filled with bratty kids, and we've never been good at anything worth putting us on the map. Every sport, every theater performance, every artwork exhibit...it's just mediocre. It's nothing special.

No one writes articles about us. No one stops by to take pictures for the news.

Young adults show up to get their needed credits and they leave. Most of the classes that are offered here are taken online, anyway. So most people are just here to use the library or study halls, or to take their tests. Athletes use the gym and pool, while theater kids put on stupid plays. Like I said, it's nothing special.

Though, I'll admit that this campus is quite beautiful. And I really love it here.

Plus, it doesn't matter how big or small or dingy or perfect a basketball court is, it's where I'm at home. Too bad I've never been scouted or even seen a scout in my life. At this point, I highly doubt that basketball will be in my future professionally.

Last year I was really bummed about it. But this year not so much. I'm eager to graduate with a degree in business, and I already have a good job lined up with my uncle's company. He tried to rope me in by saying they have a company basketball team filled with guys in their forties, and that I'd be the star among them once I joined. I thought it was supposed to be a joke, but he was serious. I guess it'd be better then leaving the court forever.

I'll be dribbling in a wheel chair when I'm in my seventies if I have to.

This year though...this year is about to be something else.

And it all starts and ends with a little mother fucker named Jeon Jungkook.
