A/N: When you tell someone you like them and they turn you down. Tell you they sees you more as a sibling, in my case as a little sister. Doesn't it make you feel stupid for telling that person you like them?
I used to smile real big
In his presence, grinning
At the sight of him, melting
While hearing his voice, I
Thought sounded sincere
Kind and warm, the feeling
Never faded down the long
Road, 2-3 years spent in a
Bursting silence, I kept my
Heart and my lips zipped
Tight, ushered a word to
Myself in time of weakness
"It's not time," watching him
Smile, laugh with his girlfriend
I'd never be her, now he has no-one
After 3 months, my soul sung a happy
Song I could no waltz around the truth
Careful of what I wasn't able to say before
I told him, expecting a positive response
My world came crashing down, he doesn't
Feel the same.
