Hey Guys.

This 3 part poem was written yesterday, thanks to FetchingPenumbra it was divided into 3 little parts. I've been watching the 3 Hobbit movies over and over and over again lately and I became inspired yesterday. I love "The Hobbit" by J.R.R Tolkien. It is my favorite novel by him. Thank you FetchingPenumbra for helping me with the poem and for being the first reader.

The 3 part poem tells a story of the Dwarves (Durin's Folk) and the Woodland Elves (Elves of Mirkwood and their King, Thranduil.)

ENJOY! :)

I .

Thrush

A thousand times it

Knocks, a thousand

Times it flutters

Through Autumn to

Winter's wind, comes

Last Durin's Day, in

Carved stone, full

Of precious silver

Blinding gold and

A lover's starlight.

II.

King of Loss

Jealous, is the king

That lost the truest

Jewel, ever had he

Carried.

III.

 Peace Over Middle- Earth

A beautiful blood

Red flower blooms

And flourishes on

Land fought over

For many centuries

Yet untold.
