Doctor: What seems to be the problem today?

Indian: Big chief, no shit!

Doctor: Ok, have him take these pills and it will help him go to the bathroom.

The Indian comes back 3 days later.

Indian: Big chief, no shit!

Doctor: Then I'll have to give him stronger pills.

The Indian comes back again 3 days later.
