DECEPTION.... TO LOVE... TO FOREVER... (Completed)

The meeting ended on a positive note.  The confirmation of Maine's replacement has been approved and will not violate the rule, however, Maine requested to limit her face exposure coz she is just a replacement.  They cannot use Nico's face in the monitor coz that's where true violations begin.  She needs to run as another entity.  
After the meeting, they proceeded to the modifications of the car.  And as cliché, time flies so fast it's already late afternoon.  It was then decided to have their dinner at the Mendoza residence.  The five of them came to Mendoza house in three cars. 
Upon arrival, RJ reminded Maine about a place to stay and she said, they will take care of it... Accommodations and all, she just need to talked to his brother of which place will be good for temporary stay.  RJ nodded.  They were on time for dinner. They were chattering, when Mr. Mendoza speak...

Mr. Mendoza : Nico, Meng... We will be out of the country for the next two weeks.  There will be a convention in Geneva and Japan that we need to attend.  And we opted to travel from Japan going to Geneva after instead mag fly back kami sa Pinas then go to Geneva after two days... Mas madali ang proseso...

Nico : E paano po ang businesses?

Mr. Mendoza : I want the two of you join forces in checking all our businessess.. No need naman for full time, I just want you to check the going ins and outs of the business... They will be sending naman reports to Nanay e... Pero I want to still have an eye during those times we will be away. 

Maine : No problem, Tatay... I can help Nanay with the books every now and then.  I will coordinate na lang with Ate Pau and Ate Barbara...

Mr. Mendoza : Work will be up to 5pm only, bahala na kayo mag juggle ng sked... Kahit twice lang a week... Sat-Sun off pa rin kayo... Two weeks lang, after nun kami na ulit ni Nanay. 

Maine & Nico : No problem, Nay, Tay... Enjoy...

Mr. Mendoza : oo nga pala, RJ iho, I heard kanina na naghahanap ka ng matutuluyan for your full time help sa race?

RJ : Opo, sir... Kung may mai-suggest po kayo na malapit po sana sa station mas ok po...

Mr. Mendoza : If hindi masyado makakabigat sa iyo, samahan mo si Maine sa mga company visit niya... That way mahahati nila ang pagbisita sa mga kompanya... At dito ka na muna pansamantalang tumuloy... Sa guest room sa may first floor...

RJ : po???

Mr. Mendoza : bakit iho? May problema ba kung ipabantay ko sa iyo si Mendoza?

RJ : Naku, Sir, wala po... Gustong-gusto ko nga po at least I will make sure na safe po siya ..  Pero po, yung sa house... Nakakahiya po...

Mr. Mendoza : bakit may balak ka bang masama sa nagkapatid or lalo na sa dalaga ko?

RJ : Sir, I swear on my mother's grave po, wala po akong balak na masama sa magkapatid at I promised po na safe palagi ang anak ninyo...

Mr. Mendoza : Alam ko iyon iho kaya nga mas panatag ako na dito ka kasama ng dalawa e... At isa pa, wag mo akong tatawaging sir... Tito... Girlfriend mo na nga ang baby ko e...

RJ : Ummm, sir!!!
Maine : Tay!!!

Mr. Mendoza : o db totoo naman, kelan ninyo balak sabihin sa amin iyon...

RJ : Sir, I was about to tell you po kaya po nagdadalawang isip po ako sa pag-stay sa bahay ninyo... Ayoko po kasing masira ang image ng mahal ko...

Mr. Mendoza : walang masisira kung walang sisira... Nagtitiwala ako sa inyong dalawa na hindi kayo lalagpas sa Mali... At kilala ko ang anak ko, kaya dumito ka na nang mabantayan pati ang panganay ko!

Nico & Maine :  Tay...!!!!!!

At napuno ng tawanan ang buong komedor...

RJ : Ummmm, Sir???

Mr. Mendoza : Tito, RJ... Bakit?

RJ : Tito, thank you po sa tiwala at I swear po, iingatan ko po ang unica hija ninyo!

Mr. Mendoza : I know... I know... And please, kung kaya e tumulong at alamin mo din ang takbo ng mga kompanya, eventually, katulong ka ng bunso ko pag manugang na kita...

Nasamid ang lahat sa sinabi ng matanda maliban Kay RJ na nakangiti pa, dahil in his heart alam niya, Maine is his end game...  Pag stable na siya at naayos niya ang restaurant, he will embark on a new adventure... That is to be Nicomaine's beloved partner forever... 

Once dinner is done, everyone except for Tatay and Nanay lounged at the living room.  Tatay and Nanay will be leaving early in the morning, while the siblings agreed to visit their respective company assignments and be done with it before lunch to have ample of time for their practice and modifications... Nanay and Tatay will be leaving via Clark airport and no need for them to be send out. 

Joyce : Kayo na pala, wala man lang pa-mention...

Sam: Oo nga, buti pa si Tito alam agad.

Nico : Mahina lang talaga kayong dalawa, ako pansin ko na muka pa nung nag road trip sila... But dude, seriously, no hanky-panky... Respeto sa bahay ng mga magulang ko..

RJ : kung noong nag overnight kami sa bed and breakfast no hanky panky, dito pa... Mataas ang respeto ko sa into at never akong gagawa ng bagay ba ikakasira ng mahal ko! Pangako!

Nico : just making sure...

Maine : Magtigil ka nga Nicolas...

Nico : Oo na po... O RJ, ipasok muna yung mga gamit mo soon sa guest room.  Doon ka daw sa guest room sa may terrace malapit sa kuwarto ko... Marami ka bang dala?

RJ : No, puro change of clothes lang... Plus toiletries... And towel...

Nico : A, OK..  Sige na Menggay, samahan mo na yang boyfriend mo sa guest room para makapagpalit na rin siya ng damit.  Tapos sunod kayo sa veranda... Its only past seven, let's kill time... Discuss dun natin strategy natin...

RJ and Maine walked towards the guest room assigned to be his space for the next days to come.

Maine : Mahal, yung room na yun at may sariling t&b... So you don't have to go out to do your personal things... Good thing kahit walang gumagamit nun, we are still keeping it useful anytime for the visitors...

RJ : mahal, okay lang ba talaga?

Maine : mahal, okay lang ano ka ba! Kung hindi dito, ipahihiram ko sana sa iyo yung isang kuwarto ng resort namin malapit dito e...

RJ : ha? Kanino yun?

Maine : Business namin ni Nico yun... Pero may private rooms kami run pag gusto naming mag escapade sa resort or to spend time alone...

RJ : mahal, ang dami mo palang investments, naaalangan lalo ako sa iyo...

Maine : That's all money, mahal... At isa pa, sa charity dumidiretso ang kita ko doon...

RJ remained quiet after that... He was so overwhelmed in how rich Maine is.  How can she be comfortable with someone like him? How sure is he of giving her everything if she will have him forever? Can he make sure to make her life more than comfortable with the life he has right now? Could he provide more than enough for her with a failure like him?  This thoughts is currently running and slowly ruining his mind...
