The Warning

A car suddenly appear out of nowhere... Its slick black color make it more dangerous while swerving on the race track.  The car was able to tailgate Maine's yellow car.  Unaware of being tailgaited, the yellow car suddenly slow down a bit, which was a good thing because she was intentionally hit by the black car.  The yellow car swerved and apparently the driver lost its concentration and suddenly screeched the car to stop.  The driver of the yellow car did not come out right away! Alden, seeing all the drama unfold through the big screen, he run as fast as he can to reach the driver's seat.  Sobrang nag-aalala siya kung bakit hindi lumabas agad ng car si Maine! Sari-sari ang nasa isip niya ngayon, baka nauntog sa mga bakal sa loob, nashock, or worst nabalian ng kung ano sa parte ng katawan though she is complete with protective measures and gears inside the car.
"Maine, open the door! Please, open the door!" Almost half choked because of the fear for her being hurt.
The door clicked open and I was surprised when he hugged me tight.  I can feel her body trembling and she was on the verge of tears.  That's when it hit me...
I could kill for this woman in my arms! Whoever hurt her will directly answer to me and I am prepared as ever!
I hugged more tightly and said:
"Shhhh... Tama na, andito na ako! Hinding-hindi kita pababayaan! Pangako! Shhhh... Kalma na ikaw!"
"Natakot ako akala ko katapusan ko na! Akala ko hindi ko na kayo makikita! Huhuhu..."
"Hindi ipapahintulot ni Papa God yun, madami kang anghel! Shhhh... Tama na, tahan na Bibi ko!"
Naramdaman ko na medyo kumakalma na siya kaya, medyo niluwagan ko yung yakap ko para nakita ang estado ng paligid. That's when I saw Rick smirked and that's when I saw red! Yakap ko pa din ng mahigpit si Maine habang naglalakad kami papunta sa kanya! Hindi niya expected ang tadyak ko sa kanya kaya napahandusay siya!
"Simulan mo bang maghanap ng matataguan mo kung ayaw mo humiram ng mukha sa aso! Puta ka! Akala mo magaling ka, puta, mayabang ka lang! Mandaraya ka pa kaya ka nanalo!"
"Sigurado ka ba sa sinasabi mo brad? Baka idemanda kita!"
"Oo, dahil barkada ko si Nico at may ebidensiya silang hawak!"
Napansin ko na medyo namutla siya sa sinabi ko!
"Boss, yari tayo! Kapatid pala ni Boss Nick yan si Maine at siya rin yun nagpanggap na lalaki nung time na tinamper natin yung sasakyan niya! Ayoko na, Rick! Galit na ang clan! Bahala ka na sa buhay mo!"
"Ms. Maine, pasensiya na, hindi ko talaga alam nung Una akala ko tsismis lang e! Pero totoo pala na kapatid mo si Nico! Alam kasi namin lalaki kapatid niya e!"
Nagmamadali na itong umalis at iniwan si Rick! Namumutla man pero pinilit pa rin niya na magyabang!
"Duwag pala mga kasama ko, si Nico lang kinatatakutan ninyo! Makaalis na nga dito!"
Hindi ko napigilan ang sarili ko, tinadyakan ko ito ulit! Halos lumipad ito pero mukhang nasukluban na ng takot kaya nagmamadali pa rin itong umalis! Napatanga na lang kami sa aktuwasyon niya!
Sabay pa kaming napatalon sa gulat ng tumunog ang cellphone ni Maine! Nasa bag ito na nasa likod ko!
"Maine, OK ka lang ba? Wala namang nangyari sa iyo? Si Alden, nasa tabi mo ba? Kakausapin ko siya!" Sunod-sunod na tanong ni Nico...
"OK lang ako, Kuya! Stunned but safe! Don't worry, yap andito siya sa tabi ko, OK din siya! Kausapin mo siya? Bakit?"
"Ibigay mo na lang yung phone sa kanya... But before that sure ka na OK ka ha? At kung tatanungin ko paano ko nalaman, may mga Mata ako, Mendoza! Sige na, pasa mo na Kay Alden!"
Nagulat ako ng ibigay sa akin ni Maine ang phone, si Nico daw!

"Tol, don't judge me! You don't know how I took care of that lady by your side right now! So don't lecture me about taking care of her! I have my ways! Anyways, ano may kliyente ka ba bukas?"
"Sabihin mo hindi ako available bukas kasi wala akong cook!"
"Ganun ba? Sige, ipasa mo Kay Mendoza!"
"Mendoza, up for a challenge tomorrow? We have clientele to please for the whole day at Alden's resto! Apparently, he don't have available cook for tomorrow, around 150 pax and buffet style! Ready?"
"My car needs repair! A slight bent so I need to get this one done sa casa! What time start ng party tomorrow?" Lunch till dinner... So that means two course meal ang reservation! Unwind or get down to business?"
"Unwind!"
"I thought so, you badly needed this after being shook up! Anyways, let Alden drive home! Do relax OK? I know your state right now, Mendoza, I have my ways, so give in!"
"Ok, fine! Whatever! So what time do I need to prepare?"
"Mendoza, you gave your time frame when its comes to unwinding, so its your call! Anyways, how's the practice?
" except for that "accident" its an OK overall! I got to run the circuit at least 4 going 5 laps! Everything is all about sponge!
