Chapter 3- Fake Love

LILY'S POV

"He what?!"

After leaving Liz and Hunter I ran to go find the guys; immediately running into them. I explained that Liz is currently under a love potion from Hunter; and that she got it by eating a chocolate frog that he had given to her. Let's just say Sirius wasn't happy after I finished,

"I don't know what to do, she's probably with him right now-" Sirius' eyes bugled out of his head,

"You left her with him!" he yelled; causing a few people to look over at him.

"What was I supposed to do Sirius? She wouldn't leave his side; they had a grip on each other and-"

"Well you should've done something!" he growled; shoving passed me; I stumbled back as Remus caught me just before I fell. James, seeing this narrowed his eyes and looked toward his best friend.

"You can't blame Lily on this Sirius, what would you have done if you were in that situation?" Sirius glared for a second before lowering his head and sighing,

"I would've tried to come find you guys" he replied, James nodding his head.

"Exactly"

"Right after kicking him in the balls" he whispered out; we all chuckled at him.

"What are we going to do though? If you saw that look on her face...she thinks she's in love with him guys" Remus sighed,

"That's not even the worst of it yet" we raised our brows at him,

"Go on" he sighed; running a hand threw his hair.

"Look there's four stages to this potion" he holds up four fingers to us and we nodded; understanding so far.

"The first stage is: Affection. They go on cute dates, hug, kiss all that fun stuff"

We nodded.

"The next stage is: Passion. Where they actually show off how much they mean to each other"

Sirius clenched his fists.

"The third stage is: the honeymoon stage. Where they get more 'lovey dovey' as some call it. They begin to say that they love each other" Remus paused and glanced over at Sirius before saying that last stage,

"And the finale stage..." Sirius sighed,

"Just say it mate" he said.

"The last stage is...Everlasting. Where the potion has it's true effect and makes her love for him permanent" it went quiet.

"Permanent?" Sirius whispered; running a hand threw his curls and tugging on them twice. James put a hand on his shoulder but he shoved it off him.

"Is there any way to reverse the potion?" Sirius asked.

"There is a potion that reverses it-"

"Great let's get started on it!" Sirius exclaimed; jumping in the air and ready to burst.

"Sirius-"

"Come on James has that cauldron that she bought for you and I could borrow some stuff off of Slughorn"

"Sirius wait-"

"Let's go!" Sirius exclaimed; beginning to jog towards the Gryffindor common room.

"Sirius!" he stopped in his tracks and looked back at Remus

"Yeah?" he asked; Remus sighed and rubbed his temples with his thumb and index finger.
