Jack still had his mouth wide open.
"What?" I asked, my cheeks blushing.
Jack closed his mouth and grinned, shaking his head at the same time.
"You're blushing." Jack observed.
I placed my hands on my cheeks. I opened my mouth, trying to protest, but I got interrupted by the opening sound of the door. Both of us looked towards the door to see Hoodie peeking inside.
"C-Can I-I talk t-to h-her f-for a-a second?" Hoodie asked.
Without answering, I stood up and walked towards the door. I followed Hoodie outside and closed the door behind on my way.
"What's up?" I asked, leaning against the door.
"W-what h-happened?" He asked.
I sighed and glanced away.
Hoodie tilted his head, waiting for an explanation.
"So Jack offered me to eat his candy so I could see and go back to the mansion." I started.
Hoodie nodded.
"And, I blacked out.. Somehow, I ended up being alive again..? If that makes sense." I said.
Hoodie continued to stare at me. He was still waiting.
I sighed. "And when I revived, I saw Jack in a corner, crying, and then I felt walls crushing against the both of us.." My voice drifted off.
I looked at him.
"Then, I saw you."
