I finally snapped out of shock and shook my head. Hoodie said the exact same thing Jack did. Maybe it's just a coincidence? I hope so anyways. I stepped out of the room and quietly slipped inside the room I was previously staying at. I was surprised Jack didn't come in. Maybe he's getting dressed or still sleeping. I lied on the bed and stared at the ceiling above me. Awhile later, I heard a knock at the door.
A muffled voice asked, "You hungry?"
Me, assuming, it was Jack. "Not really." I answered.
I hiccuped.
"Shit.." I whispered.
"You know, I can hear you right? Never mind, I'll bring food up later."
And with that said, footsteps disappeared through the hall.
