Chapter 21: Awkwardness In The Air

Asa's P.O.V

Me, Mary and all of our friends were playing a spin the bottle. Eventually, me and Mary got chosen and we had to go to the closet and kiss on the lips. and we had to do it or else that's what all of our friends said..

But as I was holding Mary's hand and taking her to the closet with me, by walking slowly. I can hear my heart beat so hard that I just wanted run, but not an mean way. it just fear that I had

I didn't know why I was so scared.. 'Why are you so scared, you dumb Asa' I thought

Mary stopped, I turned around and noticed something was wrong

then I saw her eyes, were shutting. and she was now falling. I quickly caught her in my arms. I sat on the floor, along with Mary in my arms

she closed her eyes.

"Mary? Mary, wake up, Love" I said, touching her cheek

she didn't answered or moved

"look, what you did" Aramis joked

"me!? why did I do?" I yelled

"I was just joking" he answered

Madison came towards Mary, checking if anything that made her fall.

"Asa?" she said

"Yea"

"She's sweating like hell right now, she's still not moving"

"what should we do?"

Madison stopped and thought while looking around, it made her bite her lip

"Asa, carry her to the nurse, and Elle make sure that Asa gets there carefully"

"Ok" Elle said

I stood up and carried Mary, she wasn't heavy at all. Elle opened the door for me, I stepped out and we both took the elevator instead. and we made it to nurse's office

"oh dear, what happened?" the nurse said , when she saw me carrying my beautiful Mary in my arms.

"she fainted, she's sweating a lot right now. we didn't what to do, so we thought it's best to take her" Elle replied

"well, you are right for taking her here, it's the perfect time for tonight. anyways, me and my partners are going to take her from here, we'll put her in a room for tonight, she'll sleep her for tonight."

the nurse was in her 20s and so were the others, but one of them probably in their 40s

"Can I stay with her for tonight?" I asked, hoping that she and others would let me in with her .. alone

"Yea, sure.. only one guest can stay"

Elle nodded

"here, I'll show you to the room, that you can put her in the bed to" she said,

she went down to the small hallway, I followed her. she opened the door for me. I went in and put Mary on the bed. with the room big and small and clean

Elle came and said

"I'll see you tomorrow, Asa.. take care of your crush" she said

I chuckled

"thanks, see ya"

an hour later, I sat down on a chair and waited, the nurse checked on Mary. they said that her records that she faints that something she can't handled, which it was normal. they said it doesn't happen so often. they said to me that she needed some rest and she had to stay here so they can see how she's feeling the next day.
