"I'm sorry about what happened with your dad. I don't know what my brother was thinking."

"He obviously wasn't -- we both know that."

Clay nodded, knowing that this was a mistake that could have been easily avoided had it not been for sloppy work. Removing his arms from her shoulders and allowing them to fall to the ground and couldn't help but chuckle and shake his head.

"I'm still glad you're here. Gemma did tell me you were coming, I just wasn't expecting you this soon."

"Hey Clay, whose this?"

The man with the brown hair that was by the pool table asked as he walked up next to Clay. He was only about half a head taller than her, putting him somewhere around the six foot area -- herself being about five eight.

"Tigs -- this here's my niece Clara Morrow, don't tell me you don't remember her?"

Tigs seemed rather baffled as he looked between Clay and Clara and then his eyes landing on Clara again with a smirk upon his lips.

"No shit? It's been a long time since I last seen you. You were a kid the last time I seen you."

"Yeah, I think so. Then again I was so young the last time I was here."

She said looking at Tig and noticing his grin he gave. She gave him a small smile back. Even though she was dressed to impress and seem to be able to hold her own, nobody would have known how shy she actually was.

Glancing toward an older looking man with brown hair she noticed he was looking at her as well. She didn't know how long he had been watching her for but she had noticed him out of the corner of her eye. It was only when he stepped forward and started speaking did it surprise her with the heavy Scottish accent that he had.

"So, why is she here?" Chibs asked the question they all wanted to know about.

Clay's smile faded and was replaced with his rather serious demeanor.

"Her daddy's in the Pen for getting caught smuggling guns -- he's doing some hard time this time. So, she here's gonna be staying with us for the long haul, best get use to seeing her round."

Clay said, turning toward his niece at the last bit. She didn't really look at her uncle she was more or less focused on the an old man that had asked why she was here. It seemed to dawn on Clay that he hadn't introduced the two of them and last time she was here, Chibs was not.

"Chibs this is Clara. You work with the club yet last time she was here."

"Aye, I wasn't. Name's Filip, lass."

He said extending his hand for a handshake. She glanced at it for a moment before leaving over and taking his hand and her own giving it a firm shake. She nodded her head just as he did his as they released hands from each other. She stood back and looked to her uncle.

"Mind showing me to my room?"

"You wanna stay in the clubhouse?"

He questioned not having expected her to want to stay here. She gave a small shrug and looked around the place.

"Club Reaper isn't so bad. And I wouldn't want to intrude on you and aunt Gem anymore than I already have."

Clay couldn't help but smile as he made sure to give her shoulder a good squeeze.

"It's not problem, you're family. Besides Gem would have my balls if I had you staying here."

"I don't mind really. I lived in our club house down south. I'll be fine."

She insisted looking up at her uncle. Clay took a moment to process her request before he sighed deeply and nodded his head toward Half.

"Take the ladies bags to one of the free rooms in the back. Looks like she's staying here. But if Gemma asks, I tried to get you to come home."

Clara just smiled and chuckled a bit.

"I am home."
