"Yes."
"Really?"
"Of course." I said.
He hugged me. I laid onto the sand, looking up onto the sky. I looked at the stars and how they form and align with one another.
"Look at the stars, they're so beautiful." I said.
He laid next to me and looked up with me.
"It really is. These are the little things that you see everyday but never notice until they shine to their full strength. Remind me to look up at the sky more." He said, taking a breath.
"Everyone should look up at the stars, it makes you think. We're all looking at the same sky. Even people that are a million miles away still look at the same sky that we see."
"That was deep."
"Yeah, I think I might be high."
"You better not be." He laughed, then continued, "Or else you agreeing to being my girlfriend would be only you being high and not your true thoughts."
"Nah, I love you." I said, pecking him on the cheek.
After 10 minutes of silence and staring up at the sky, we went back to our rooms. I watched Birth of a Beauty before I got tired again. Of course, I fell asleep again. Sleeping is my main specialty.
