Last night was just a bad dream right? I ask my self as I stare at Finn's bedroom ceiling. I look at my hand and see the purple bruise that has formed around the edges of my knuckle. I feel the split in my lip with my tongue. Nope it happened.
"Morning." My hoarse voice squeals out.
"Morning." He says with a half smile.
"Are you still being weird?" I ask rolling back over onto my back.

"No, I'm not being weird." He closes his eyes and shakes his head.

"What are you doing?" He asks me as I start to throw my clothes on.

"Going back to my room." I say throwing his shirt and boxers in his laundry basket.

"How are you going to get home?" He says amused.

"I have no problem walking. I need to clear my head any ways." I say sitting down to zip my boots up.

"You're not going to walk." He laughs.
He is being a dick. I don't get it. I can feel my face getting red.
I grab my purse and cell phone before heading down stairs.

"Morning." Sebastian mumbles as I walk past him.
"Morning." I say grabbing my coat.

"Riley come on." Finn says standing at the end of the stairs.

"Call me when you take your head out of your ass." I say slamming the door behind me.

I throw my hair in a bun and begin my walk back to my dorm.
Fuck it's cold. I think as my nose starts to turn pink.

Half way to the dorm I spot a coffee shop and decide to stop to help warm me.

I order a French vanilla coffee extra large. I have a feeling I am going to need to the coffee.

"Riley?" I turn to see Gage sitting at a table with a few of the guys he introduced me to yesterday.

Shit. I would have to look like death running into him.

"Hey." I awkwardly wave grabbing my coffee off the counter.

"How are you feeling?" He asks walking over to me.
"In need of some caffeine." I say adding sugar to my coffee.

"You have a split lip." He frowns as he goes to touch my face. I take a step back.

"Yeah." I wrinkle my nose staring at the ground.

"Did you see everything? " I finally ask looking up to face him,

"Yeah I caught him slapping you and when I tried to get through the crowd it was too late you had him on the ground. " He shakes his head.

"Well this is awkward." I smile taking a sip of my coffee.
"Do you want to sit with us?" He asks pointing to their table.

"I look like shit." I shrug.
"Not from where I'm standing." He blushes.
"I need to shower and that. "I mumble.
"Come on sit for a minute. We barely got to talk yesterday." He frowns.

I really don't want to walk in the cold right.
"Okay for a few minutes then I have to go." I agree as his face lights up.

I follow him over to the table.
"You guys remember Riley." He says pulling a chair out for me.

"Hell yea you kicked that guys ass." One of the guys smiles.
" I never seen anything like that." The other guy shakes his head.

Come on caffeine kick in so I can get out of here. I think as I paste a fake smile on my face.

"I can't believe he hit you." Gage frowns looking at my lip.

"Only once." I smile drinking my coffee.
