Chapter Thirty One: Old meets New

" I am so excited about tomorrow night." Ashley says grabbing a yogurt. " I know." I say grabbing a muffin and a coffee.

"Are you excited for tonight? Should be a fun show." She smiles changing the subject. " Of course. It's going to be a good set. I am glad I finally got Logan to cave and do a Halloween song." I grin as we finish checking out and make our usual walk to the lunch table.

"Hey, love." Finn grabs me as soon as I sit down. "How is your day going?" I ask leaning into him.

"Better now." He says nuzzling my neck. " I don't want to go to my next class." I sigh leaning back against him.

"Love, your pockets vibrating." He grins watching me dig my phone out of my pocket. " It's Gage he's here." I say showing him the text message. " Oh." Finn says looking at the message.

"He is!" Ashley smiles. " Yes, I can tell him to meet us after my last class or we can meet him some where? What do you want to do?" I say looking at Finn. " What do you want to do?" He asks looking down at me.

" I will tell him I will text after my last class." I say typing the words and sending it. " Meet who?" Sebastian asks joining our conversation.

"Riley's ex boyfriend." Ashley grins. " Your ex is here?" Sebastian looks at Finn. " My ex from like high school." I add. " Oh." Sebastian nods giving Finn another look. "I can see you." I say looking at him.

"I am not saying a word. Are you ready for an hour of our life to be taken away?" He says standing up.

" No, is it me or is he getting worse?" I groan standing up. "Love you. See you after." I say kissing Finn and catching up with Sebastian.

We make it to the middle of the campus court when I hear my name being yelled. We both look around and then I see him.

"It's Gage." I look at Sebastian. " He's a little eager don't you think." Sebastian says as he watches Gage run towards us. " Don't leave." I say grabbing his arm. "Like I would leave you alone. Finn would kick my ass." He says eyeing Gage. " What kind of name is Gage?" He scoffs.

I feel nervous for some reason. Guilty even.

"Hey." I smile when he finally reaches us. " We just finished practice. The field here is massive." He smiles looking at Sebastian. "You must be Flinn?" Gage says offering his hand.

"Sebastian, I am one of FINN'S good friends as well as Riley's." He corrects him shaking his hand.

" You will meet Finn tonight. Did you decide if you are coming to the club tonight?" I ask letting go of Sebastian's arm.
"Yeah a few of the other guys are in so we will be there around 8." He nods.

"We need to go or Williams will lock us out." Sebastian warns me. " He's right. I will text you after my last class and we can figure things out." I smile giving him an awkward hug.

  "Sounds good. Nice meeting you Sebastian." He grins as we walk away.

  "Finn's going to hate him." Sebastian grins.
"I know."I try not to laugh.

   Why I thought hanging out would be a good idea is beyond me. I blame it on the emotional visit with my mom and Alexis answering Finn's phone.

   Thankfully I think our professors keep in mind it's Halloween weekend because we don't have a whole lot of work to do we even get let out earlier than planned.

   "Are you ready for tonight?" Ashley grins as I walk towards her.
   "It's going to be fine." I laugh before I even get all of the words out.

  "Mm hmm." She says as we walk into our dorm.
  "What are you wearing tonight? " She asks coming into my room.
  "No idea. What do you think ?" I say opening my closet.
