The Unexpected groom{Completed}

Part 19

"Did Anju gave you the address of the accommodation? " asked Rishab after few minutes breaking the silence.

"No she said that she will text me the address when we reach outskirts of Pune."

"Okay but before meeting her we have to go to somewhere"

"Where?" I asked him curiously.

"It's a surprise"

Listening to this word, I suddenly remembered the words Anju told me when she came to my wedding, what is the surprise that Rishab planned for me? (In Part 10 Anju leaks that RK has planned some surprise for her. Hope you guys remember)

I wanted to ask him more about this surprise but I know he won't reveal anything unless he wants me to know. So, I kept quit rather than pestering him to reveal anything about his so called surprise but I'm excited and I don't want him to know this as I knew he will tell something which will increase my curiosity to know about it.

We talked about so many things and in between our talks I started to feel my eyes heavy, I tried to keep them open but failed and the last thing I remember is Rishab smiling at me and shaking his head. An hour later, I got up from my slumber upon hearing RK talking to someone on phone.

"Where are we?" I asked Rishab rubbing my eyes.

"Just few kilometers away from Pune. Did you had a nice sleep?" asked Rishab with a smile.

"Yeah...Sorry I slept off in between our talking" I replied embarrassed as didn't even know when sleep took over me.

"No problem sweet heart, your breathing and tingling sound of your bangles gave me company " said Rishab winking at her. Madhu turned her head away from him unable to hold her blush.

"The weather is so cool"

"It is starting to rain too" said Rishab looking at me.

After few minutes, it started raining heavily and we reached a level crossing(railway crossing) where red lights are flashing and we have to wait till the ongoing train passes the way before driving across railway tracks. The road was filled with vehicles, rolling down the window I stretched my hands outside and started enjoying the feel of rain drops on my skin.

Rishab's POV:

Seeing her excitement , I couldn't help but smile at her antics. I looked out of my side of window hearing some giggles and saw two children who seems liked sisters playing with each other in rain. I turned to look at Madhu who was busy filling her palms with rain water.

I couldn't help but remember the day I saw Madhu again after that send off party a few months later. It has been more than two years since that day but I still feel like I saw her yesterday. So much happened in these gap and I still couldn't believe myself that I fell in love with the girl whom I never expected that I would fall for. I took my mobile and unlocked it, I stared at her picture which was set as wall paper which I captured on the day I saw her again.

A glimpse of part 3: During their chat, RK asks Madhu whether any of her friends are willing to move to Mumbai as one of his friend want a transfer to Pune, so that they both can swap their locations. Also he flirts with Madhu asking her to come to Mumbai.

I always talked to her in flirtatious manner , I knew that she realized that I am flirting with her but she never got serious nor avoided me instead she just ignored those comments, sometimes I felt sad for ignoring them but at the same time I started liking her even more for that because she is not at all the current generation girls who always maintains a chains of boyfriends, I am not saying that all girls have boyfriends but most of my friends who are girls have boyfriends. Here even though I am showing interest on her, she is just accepting me as her friend. By this I realized that she knows her limits she never crossed those and also never let me cross.

Days passed like this me chatting with her in face book. One day I asked her whether there is anyone who is willing to come Mumbai as my friend Sultan wants to go to Pune, she told me that none of her friends are not interested, all of a sudden I don't know why but I asked her to come Mumbai I didn't even think before typing the message and sending it to her, this girl is really making me do things which I never did with any other girl before.

Soon Sultan shifted to Pune ,I don't know the reason behind his shift, when I asked him the reason he told me to wait when right time comes he will reveal the reason though I am not convinced I let it go at that time. One Friday, after completing my works in office, I went to Pune to meet Sultan and my other friends as they have beenpestering me to meet them once and moreover Sultan also invited me so manytimes to come to Pune so that we can spend some time together as we didn't meetafter he relocated to Pune. He was living alone in a 2 bedroom house which ison fourth floor of a building.

After catching up with our friends we came back to Sultan's flat as we didn't go anywhere as the weather was cloudy so we just brought some drinks and ordered Pizza. We talked about our lives, our office and watched movies till morning. We don't know when we drifted to sleep in the living room itself.

I woke up suddenly as I felt water sprinkles on my face, I turned around rubbing my eyes and found that Sultan is sleeping few feet away from me. I heard a thunder sound, looked towards the window and saw that it is open and was raining outside. The water droplets are coming from the window. I walked towards the window to close it. While I was trying to close the window I heard anklets sound the first thing that came to my mind was Madhu, I smiled remembering our first encounter and peeped through it. I found a girl playing with a kid on the terrace of the opposite building, the girl is twirling the kid and both are laughing and dancing in the rain, the girl's back is facing me.

Suddenly she turned to my side, stopped twirling and was laughing with the kid . I was shocked when I realized who the girl was , she is none other than Madhu bala. Oh my god, she is here .

what is she doing here ?? as far as I remember she stays in hostel then what is she doing here, then I came out and looked at the building and realized that it as a working women's hostel. Oh my goodness she stays here, I don't know why but I started jumping with joy. I was very happy to see her after so many months. I immediately rushed inside and took out my camera from my back pack, I have a habit of carrying camera with me as I am a nature lover and started taking her photos. I still don't know why I did that but at that moment I did as per my heart wish.
