LA Bound

Val and I walked into the airport hand in hand. Val got a few days off from the DWTS tour, and lucky for us the next show is in LA. Val walked up to counter and got our tickets. I pulled out my phone and took a picture. @JamaBJamaica: LA Bound ✈️ @iamvalc ❤️ @maksimc, we'll see you soon bro! I put my phone away as Val walked over to me with two tickets in hand. I grabbed one and put it into my pocket. We walked to our gate and sat down in the chairs. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. Maks. I grabbed it and answered it. Hey. I said. Ey Ramaka. he said. I laughed. What's up? I asked. I finally made it to the house, this is the cleanest I've ever seen it. he said. I laughed. I know right! Did you buy a Christmas tree yet? I asked. No, I was planning on you coming with to do that. he said with a laugh. I laughed. Okay, fair enough. Well, Val and I's flight should be here shortly; so when we land in LA, I'll let you know. I said. Sounds good, I'll see you guys soon. Sounds good, Love you Maks! I said. Love you too, Ramaka. I hung up the phone and put it back into my pocket. A flight was called and Val looked down at his ticket. He stood up and grabbed my hand. That's us. he said. I stood up and followed him over to the gate. We showed her our tickets and she nodded for us to board the plane. Val walked to first class and searched for our seat numbers. He found them and moved so I could get the window seat. I smiled and sat down in the seat and buckled up as he did the same. He grabbed my hand and kissed it. I looked at him and smiled. You ready for your first Christmas in LA? he asked. I smiled. I was born ready. I said as the plane started to take off. I laid my head on Val's shoulder and he wrapped an arm around me and pulled me closer to him. I sighed as he laid his head on top of mine, and we fell asleep the whole ride to LA.

An hour and a half passed, and I was shaken away by Val. I groaned and rubbed my eyes. What? I asked. We're here. he said with a laugh. I stood up slowly and stretched. Val grabbed my hand, along with my bag and lead us off of the plane. We walked out to see Maks seated there waiting for us. I smiled and ran and hugged him. He laughed and kissed my head. Hello to you too. he said. I laughed and kissed his cheek. I missed you Maskie. I said. He smiled and hugged Val. Yeah, as weird as it sounds, I missed you two also. he said. We heard Val snicker snd we looked at him and laughed. Maks put an arm around my shoulders and lead us toward baggage claim. Val and I grabbed our bags and followed Maks out to his car. Maks took my bags from me, I thanked him, and got into the back of the car and buckled up. The front doors opened and Val and Maks stepped into the car and buckled up. Maks started up the car and headed onto the highway. Have you heard from your family? Maks asked. I nodded. Matt said him and Noelle will be coming down on Wednesday since Matt's wife is spending Christmas with her family. Maks and Val nodded. Yeah, I miss that little cutie. Maks said. I smiled and giggled. Yeah, oddly enough, she misses you guys too. I said. Maks glared at me through the rear view mirror and I laughed. What about Peta, is she coming? I asked. Maks nodded. She should be here around the same time your family shows up. he said. I nodded with a smile. This is going to be the best Christmas ever. I said. Maks and Val nodded agreeing with me.
