Val and I got called backstage to the entrance of the arena. We quickly hurried off and saw Tamar entering the door. Tamar! I exclaimed and hugged her lightly. Val grabbed her hand and kissed her head. We walked with her to her dressing room. Val closed the door behind us. Val put his hand on her shoulders. You sure you want to do this? he asked. I don't want you to do this because you feel the need to. Val said. Val truly was a one of a kind guy, he's amazing. Tamar nodded. I'm sure baby, I'm sure. she said releasing a breath. Val kissed me quick and went back to focusing on Tamar. I walked out of the dressing room and sat down on one of the stage chairs. Artem came up and stood next to me. What was that about? he asked. Tamar's here! I exclaimed. Artem smiled. I always knew I liked her. he replied. She's amazing. I said with a smile. Derek walked up and stood on the other side of me. We watched as they started setting up for Val, Tamar, Nick, and Sharna's group dance. I released a breath. Artem shook my shoulders. Don't worry. he said. I nodded. They're gonna do great, they always do. Derek adder. I nodded. You two are right, they'll do fine. Val and Tamar headed down the stairs and got in position for the dance. We all watched and cheered as the song ended. Tamar was truly amazing! We all stood up and walked over to the railing as they got their critiques. We all clapped as they got their score. Everyone hugged Tamar as they stood up on stage to see who was getting eliminated. Derek and Bindi, and Val and Tamar are safe. Val's face when they found out they were safe was priceless. Artem and I smiled and cheered. Carlos and Whitney and Alexa and Mark are in jeopardy. I sighed. I absolutely love Mark, he's been one of my best friends on the show and Carlos is fun to hang with. I sighed as we heard Alexa and Mark got eliminated. Carlos and Alexa automatically went to each other and hugged. I wiped tears from my eyes. Artem and I walked downstairs and joined in on the group hug. I hugged Mark. You were amazing, I love you. I said. He hugged me tight and lifted me up and set me back on my feet. He kissed my head and released me. I hugged Alexa. You were amazing. I said. She smiled and hugged me. I hugged Carlos and he hugged me back. He weakly smiled at me and turned his attention back to his wife. I was pulled into a pair of arms and spun around. Val! I exclaimed when he let me down. He smiled and I playfully slapped him. Congratulations, you were amazing. I sighed hugging him again. Val hugged me back. I love you. he said into my hair. I love you too. I replied as we pulled away. Tamar came and hugged me. We actually got you something. I said walking to the corner of the judges table and pulling out a big bouquet of roses, a get well soon balloon, and a box of chocolates. Val handed them to her. You guys didn't have to do all this. she said breathlessly as she wiped a tear from her eyes. We did, you've been an amazing partner to Val and we just wanna say thank you and let you know that we're here for you and we're thinking about you. I said with a smile. Val nodded. What she said. We both laughed. Thank you both, I'll never be able to thank you enough. Val and I shook our heads. No need. he replied. Tamar hugged him and Val kissed her head. Tamar, do you wanna come come over to the house? I asked. She shook her head. No baby, I would hate to be a bother. she said. Val shook his head. You're not bothering anyone. he said with a smile. Of course. she replied walking with one of the stage guys to the backstage area. Derek walked over to us. I hugged him and he hugged me back. Congratulations, you and Bindi were amazing!
