All day I've been so tired & sleepy. I've been waiting for Ace to come back from a mission that Pops sent him on, and he's been away for a week, and I've been missing him a bit.

"You look like a hopeful dog up against that railing (Y/N)-yoi."Marco teases
I rolled my eyes."I've been missing him. I mean yeah it's only been a week, and I know I'm being stupid...but I-"
"It's alright, yoi. I can't blame you. Just be patient okay?"He says as he pets my head
"Whatever you say bro."I say with a lazy wave

I left the deck & went over to the dining hall & grabbed a bite to eat. I settled with a bowel of cookies & cream ice cream in my room.

'Maybe I should occupy myself by finishing off some paper work Pops gave me.'

I started on the paper work. It was time & energy consuming, but I got through it in a couple hours.

'Alright, I should go & take these.'

I picked up the paper work & headed over to Pops room to drop these off. I balled my hand into a fist & knocked on the door really hard.

"Come in!"Pops voice echos

I opened the door & shut it behind me with my foot.

"Ah (Y/N)! You're done with the paper work!"Pops says
"Yup! All done!"I say as I put the paper work on his desk
"Well seeing that you're all done, you're free from paper work until something cones up."Pops says
I grin."Thanks old man!"

I skipped out of the room & ran towards the kitchen, until I crashed into someone & landed on my butt.

"Ahhh! My ass!"I exclaim
I heard a familiar chuckle."You're so clumsy (Y/N)."
"Ace you're back!"

My boyfriend, Portgas D Ace, towered above me. His black wavy hair shimmered in the light, and his eyes were like sparkly jewels....sparkly chocolate jewels that is. He offered a hand & helped me up.

"When did you get back?"I asked
"Just now, I was just about to report to Pops."Ace says
"Oh okay, wanna grab food when you're done?"I asked
"Yeah sure, see you later."
"Brb!"
I gave him a kiss on the cheek & went over to the dining room.

Later, Ace came into the dining room & wandered over to my table, food & drinks in hand.

"So tell me, how did it all go?"I asked
"I ran into a couple of Marines, but I had got rid of them pretty quickly. But apart from that, it all went well."Ace says
"Oh that's good, at least it wasn't anything too major."I say

For the rest of the day, Ace & I were talking about stuff that happened to pop up in our minds. It was so funny when Ace reacted angrily when I told him about Marco walking in on me having a bath on Wednesday.

"WHAT?!! WHERE IS HE?! I'M GONNA-"
"Ace calm yo tits! He apologized!"
"BUT I HAVE NO BOOBS SO I CAN'T CALM DOWN!"

We both realized what Ace said & we started to crack up laughing.

"Omigod did you seriously just say that?!"I laugh

Ace couldn't reply because he was laughing so much, and because he fell off his chair & landed flat on his ass.

"Omigod woman!"

I walked over to Ace & kissed him. He ended up pulling me to the floor & I was on top of him. But that didn't stop us from kissing each other. My hands were tangled his his raven black locks, while Ace's arms were around my waist. I pulled back & smiled brightly

"I missed you, fire-kun."
"I missed you more, (Y/N)-chan."
