Chapter 8

Nathan's POV ( A/n: I'll be using Tagalog words in this POV too. Hahaha, di ko keri full English. Lol. Kanosebleed si Nathan. Hays.)

What the actual fuck happened? Bakit ganito ngayon si Magdalene? Sino ba yung lalake na 'yon kanina? If I'll kiss her right now, would she slap me? It's raining outside pero ang init pa rin. That's why I opened the air conditioner of my unit.

I prepared a hot chocolate and the cheesecake that Daphne brought last night. Tinabihan ko siya and whoa, mukhang malalim talaga ang iniisip niya ngayon because her usual reaction would be --  she will glared at me then she will roll her eyes tapos lilipat siya ng pwesto.

Maybe this is my chance? Damn this lamp post, after I kissed her in the mall I can't forget how soft her lips is. Too addicting.

"Magdalene." I called her name and she looked at me. I smirked before putting my hand at the back of her neck to kiss her. She is really not the Magdalene I know because she is letting me to do this--fuck! Napaupo ako sa sahig. She punched me in the face!

"I'm not yet at my limit for me to allow you to do that, Clayton. Sorry not sorry." Then she walked away. 

Tsk. Damn that lamp post. She really don't know how to say thank you. She even punched me in the face. What a beautiful sadist she is.

I'll get her to tell me who is that dude in the mall. I know, he is part of her past. Magdalene will not have that reaction earlier if not.

Ashmiya's POV

"Pigilan mo ko, Ash. Sasapakin ko yung lalake na 'yon! How dare he to be that close to my girl?!" Kanina pa nagpapapigil 'tong si Jack sakin pero hanggang ngayon hindi naman siya umaalis. Hanggang salita lang ata 'tong lalake na 'to eh. Haha. 

Napatayo ako nang makita ko si Paris na palakad papunta dito kasama si Daphne na kakatapos lang din mag-shoot. 

"Good job, girls!" Nakangiti kong sabi sakanila.

"Thanks, Ash. I'm so hungry. Let's eat?!" Ayan na naman si Daphne. Palaging gutom. Hay nako, hindi ko pa rin tanggap na hindi siya tumataba kahit na puro kain siya.

Kinuha ko na yung bag ko at sumunod na ko nang lakad kay Daphne. I waited for her to changed her dress sa may labas ng dressing room tapos chineck ko lang yung cellphone ko. Kanina pa ko nagtitingin about sa whereabouts ng pamilya Sinco and this article caught my attention. Bago pa lang siya.

The greatest assassin of Mr. Leo Sinco will arrived tonight with him. What is the face behind the famous "Shooter" name? 

This is my only chance. I need to go there. Baka makakuha ako ng impormasyon about sa tunay na nangyari kay Calyx. Ngayon ko lang napagtapi-tagpi ang lahat after that small talk I had with Kevin last time. Calyx might not be dead.

"I'm not giving hope to you, Ash. Pero matagal ko nang naiisip 'to. Hindi kaya Calyx is still alive?"

"What do you mean?"

"Wala namang nakitang bangkay niya diba? I don't know why you believed that he is already dead."

Kevin is right. We fight after that talk pero nang mapag-isip-isip ko lahat nang sinabi niya he got a point. And I'm willing to find the truth.

Paano ko nga ba pinaniwalaan agad agad na patay na ang taong pinakamamahal ko?

Kaya ba nahihirapan akong tanggapin magpaka-hanggang ngayon na wala na siya kasi alam ng puso ko kung ano totoo? Na buhay pa rin siya?
