In the depths of my dream, a grotesque creature did appear,
Its monstrous form twisted, evoking primal fear.
With jagged teeth like daggers, dripping venomous drool,
And eyes that pierced my soul, dark and cruel.

Its skin, a sickly shade of ashen gray,
Covered in oozing sores that never decay.
Tendrils of darkness writhed from its every pore,
A malevolent presence that left me shaken to the core.

As it moved, bones cracked with a bone-chilling sound,
And a putrid stench of decay lingered all around.
Its limbs, long and gnarled, moved with eerie grace,
Leaving a trail of dread in its sinister pace.

With each step, the ground quivered in its wake,
As if the earth itself recoiled from its maleficent ache.
Its growls echoed through the night, sending shivers down my spine,
A haunting symphony that signaled my impending decline.

I tried to escape, but its presence was inescapable,
A nightmare incarnate, relentless and unstoppable.
Its gaze, a piercing glare that froze me in my place,
Leaving me paralyzed, unable to flee this wretched chase.

Oh, the terror it instilled, a primal dread so deep,
As it whispered nightmares into my mind, stealing my sleep.
I was trapped in its clutches, a helpless prey,
Forever haunted by the monster that lurked in my dismay.
