Resigned to Solitary Existence

How many wounds must I bear,
Before you deem it enough?
How many scars, how much despair,
Until you see my soul is tough?

I've bled for you, time and again,
Yet you demand even more.
My heart, a battlefield of pain,
But you remain deaf to its roar.

I've reached the edge of sanity's brink,
Consumed by a furious rage.
In darkness, my soul begins to sink,
Trapped in this tormenting cage.

No more shall I be your sacrificial lamb,
No more shall I endure this plight.
I'll rise from the ashes, like a burning dam,
And unleash my fury, with all my might.

In this darkness, I'll find my strength,
Embracing the shadows that surround.
With every step, I'll go to any length,
To reclaim my power, unbound.

Now, the time has come to break free,
From the chains that held me tight.
I'll rise above, and you will see,
The fury within, burning bright.
