Scars of Passion

We ride this roller coaster, our joy intertwined,
In each other's arms, we find solace and bind.
Painting our love on a canvas, colors so bright,
But beneath the surface, shadows take flight.

Gazing into your eyes, a future of bliss,
Yet distance looms, a cruel abyss.
I yearn for your touch, your soft, flowing hair,
As memories of you linger, a bittersweet affair.

Our bodies collide, a dance of ecstasy,
Lost in passion, a taste of insanity.
You whisk me away from sorrow's cruel sting,
Guiding me towards madness, a dangerous fling.

But you remain unseen, a ghost in the night,
And I, too, wish to fade from sight.
Love's breath grows faint, drowning in despair,
Yet I beg you, don't turn away, don't you dare.

I dare to hold on, but I can't bear the pain,
You're mine, forever bound, in this twisted domain.
Spare yourself, my love, find healing and peace,
And return to me, complete, your soul released.

You are the one, the only one I adore,
In this darkened world, you're the light I implore.
