Ice ~ male!Belarus X Reader

"I want you to teach me." You pleaded as the two of you walk down the icy sidewalks in his hometown in Belarus.

Nikolai glanced at you. "No."

"Bu- please!" You protest, lunging to grip his arm.

He jerks it away. "It's dangerous."

"Pfft! Danger is my middle name!" You try to act casual but when he glares down at you with his cold eyes, you waver in your resolve. "Or my nickname..?"

He stops walking and glares down at you. "No." He begins walking again.

You jog to catch up to him, your feet slipping slighty on the icy sidewalk. "C'mon!" You jump in front of him, taking hold of the front of his coat. "It's just knives!"

He grimaces. "Do you hear yourself right now, woman?" He pries your hands from his coat. "Knives are dangerous. So am I. Back off."

He pushes past you and continues towards his house. You growl and race after him. Just as you are about to reach Nikolai, your feet catch on a particularly slippy portion of sidewalk and your feet fly out from underneath you. You hit the ground hard, the back of your head smacking the concrete.

Very graceful.

You skid along the ice, bowling into Nikolai and take him down with you. He lets out a surprised yelp and falls on top of you. You skid a few more feet before coming to a complete stop.

There is a silence as Nikolai lays ontop of you, arms wrapped protectively around your body. He suddenly jerks a hand out from underneath your head and inspects his fingers, finding a thick crimson liquid on them.

"(Y/n)?!" He gasps, lifting himself away so he can see your face. Your (e/c) eyes were shut, lips pale. He stands in a panic, pulling your limp body up with him. He needed to take care of you and there were only a few more blocks until his house.

He craddles you gently in his arms and he walks down the slippery path, careful not to drop you and cause the loss of any more brain cells.

He shouldered open his front door and marched up to his room, gently placing you down on his bed. He stared down at you, unsure of what to do next. He decided on pulling the blankets up around your chin and running downstairs to get some hot water and first aid supplies.

When you woke up, your head throbbed painfully. You moved your hand up to the back of your head and felt a large goose egg present. You grimaced. "Ow." You groaned.

"You're awake!" You recognized Nikolai's voice and opened your eyes, finding him sitting at the foot of the bed you were laying on. He smiled, relieved but when your eyes met, he stopped. He cleared his throat. "I mean, you idiot. What where you thinking, running on ice?"

You stared at him. "You're lucky you don't have a concussion." He snapped, crossing his arms and turning away.

You didn't say a word.

"Say something!" Be commanded in an irritated tone. "I need to make sure there is no serious brain damage and if you can't speak then may-"

"Will you teach me how to throw the knifes now?"
