Lana pov.
Why did Taylor have to drag me out of bed so early, my mind couldn't be awake at such an ungodly hour. Maybe it's the fact I stayed up so late at Bea's show? Taylor and I were in the jet on our way to Arizona. This show brings back so many memories for me, I came here with Gracie and that's how I met Taylor.
"Hey you know we're going to the same stadium where we met," I say
Taylor looks up from her laptop with a smile.
"I know, it's surreal to think about it. I can't believe we're where we are now" she says
I pull out my phone and see that I have a notification on insta. I downloaded insta after using Taylor's phone for months to see the new things people posted until she told me to just get the app on my phone.
That was followed by Twitter and TikTok. It's a bad habit. Clicking the notification I'm brought to a post with a photo is me, Lana, and Bea. It's from last night,
Bea posted photos of us all and captioned it: had an amazing night with you all, thank you for everyone coming out to see me, and a special thank you for some amazing friends who came to support me!🫶
I liked the post and turned my phone to show Tay.
"Look babe," I say
Taylor looks at the post and smiles,
"That's adorable" she gushes
I turn back to my phone and scroll some more liking posts. Another post pops up of me and Taylor from last night on the balcony. I and Taylor are in an embrace , mid-kiss. The fans are eating this shit up in the comments:
@ mymothers1313- omg no way. I love getting to see them in public
@ gayforlana - mothers are mothering
That one made me snort.
"Tay- what is "mother is mothering" " I asked her
Taylor started laughing before asking to see my phone which resulted in her laughing harder.
"Honestly I'm not even sure, but the fans say it all the time about me" she laughs
Time flies by and we're at the stadium. Entering I'm given a badge to wear that reads:G.O.T- Lana Hayes.
"What's 'got' mean ?" I ask
Taylor smiles and smirks slightly.
"Girlfriend of Taylor " she laughs
"Oh my gosh, so cheesy," I say pulling her close to me
She's flush with my body and i press a kiss to her lips. Taylor returns the kiss and wraps her arm around my waste.
"Nahhh babe we're in public " I say
"Buss kill" she huffs and I follow her to the changing room
"What are you singing tonight, " I ask her
"I'm not even sure her, but I wanted to ask you if you want to sing a song with me tonight," Taylor says
I stop mid-step and look at her.
"What," I ask
"Yeah I figured since it's just a pop-up show and you're an amazing singer anyway, I would love to sing with you on stage," Taylor says
"I don't know Taylor," I say nervously
"You can look at me the whole time babe," she says
"Just one song," I say feeling a little unsteady
