When I woke up the following morning, I couldn't help but smile at thought of myself being a married woman.

Not just any ordinary married woman though.

I was a woman married to the one and only Remus John Lupin.

Oh! His perfect smile, the messiness of his curls, and the beauty of his green eyes.

And how could I even forget his heavenly perfect body, the hard muscles of his back, arms, his stomach that I couldn't help but stare at every second from last night.

I swear on Merlin's beard, his body was sculpted by angels.

Everything about him was, to me, heaven sent.

The sun's bright beams reflected on the blue gemstone that sat on my ring ringer, making me squint my eyes at its contact with the sun. I hummed happily, admiring the ring that once belonged to Hope Lupin .... oh, my new mother-in-law, and the silver wedding ring above it.

Fully waking myself up, I sat up and gripped the white sheets above my chest, letting my eyes wander the room for a moment. He awoke before me, like he usually did, during our courting days. Hanging by the closet was a white bathrobe, which I summoned and quickly flew right into my hands. There was a small note as well, written:

Good morning, my love, hope you slept well (sent with a kiss)

Your husband

I blushed pink, I still wasn't accustomed to that word. It was quite funny at first, but the word was immediately made my heart shatter into millions of pieces. "My adorable husband." I muttered with a smile, before putting on the fine piece of clothing and heading downstairs.

There he was, standing by the stove, stirring the pan of food absent-mindedly I stopped in my tracks, leaning my side against the doorframe with a small smile. He wore nothing except a pair of shorts, which was enough to send shivers down my spine and make me smile even brighter.

I slowly walked over to him as I wanted to make my presence known, and wrapped my arms around his body before kissing his nape very tenderly which caused him to let out a small hum of satisfaction.

"Good morning, my wife." I heard him say.

"Good morning," I grinned through his skin. "Hmm, that smells good. I didn't know you could cook."

He chuckled. "Well, as your husband, it's my duty to make the day perfect for my lovely wife. And a perfect day .... starts off with a perfect breakfast, made by me."

Remus winked at me playfully, pulling me closer to him so we could kiss, our first kiss on our first day as husband and wife. "Ok, you better continue or else we won't have the perfect breakfast."

I giggled as he returned to the stove and I sat down, pouring myself a cup of tea that he already prepared. Thank God it was still hot.

After about two minutes, he finally placed a plate of eggs and bacon on the wooden table.
