#step 1

Get an 1 colour T-shirt with no writing or detailing on it

#step 2
Lay the T-shirt flat and cut through the middle from side to side
Then with the bottom part of the T-shirt cut strips just over halfway and pull the strips to make them stretch

#step 3

Then turn the scarf inside out and your done voila! And enjoy your scarf . there is a picture of how it should look above
