go to your grocery store or vegetable ma-
rket and purchase organic salads. it'll
have less chemicals used. try picking out
darker leaved pieces because they are
more nutritious. what you can add:
- chicken⠀⠀⠀⠀- hard boiled egg
- tomatoes⠀⠀⠀- fish
- turkey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- nuts
- olives⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀- cheese
- crouton⠀⠀⠀⠀- fruits
- beans⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀- dressing
✧ idea #2: chicken nuggets
easy to make, just buy a bag of frozen
chicken and throw it in the oven. easy
to make on a school morning as well,
just put on a timer so you don't forget!
✧ idea #3: sandwich
there are so many different combinations
that you can add and different types of
breads. you can do white bread, whole
wheat, rye, sourdough, the list goes on!
here's what you can add to your sandwich:
