Chapter 27

Denise (P.O.V)
I was now headed back to my house with Calum,Luke,Liss, Michael , Ashton , Nadyia, Erin, Itzel and Ivan.

We got inside my house and decided to have a movie night.

I was about to sit in the couch next to Luke when,
I felt someone out their hand on my back and I turned around , it was my brother .

"Cal what's up?" I asked him.

"Can we talk real quick.?" He asked.

"Umm yeah" I said.
I followed him over to the kitchen.

Everyone was in the living room on the couch.

"What's wrong?" I asked.
He looked really sad.
His eyes were beginning to water.
He had bags under his eyes like he hasn't been sleeping.

I can't believe I didn't notice it earlier.

"I-I'm heartbroken.." He said.

He started to sniffle .
I pulled him into a hug.

"Aww cal.... Don't be sad I know you love her.... But you have to think okay? If you love her ... Don't you want her to be happy?" I asked.

He pulled away and wiped his tears away.
"Y-yeah but I want her to be happy .. With me" he said.

I felt like I was watching the saddest movie ever and my heart just shattered.
He's fallen hard for my Bestfriend.
I just I wish Ashton wasn't Cal's best mate so it would be easy to just break them up .... But they're happy and I can't interfere with that.

"Cal? Why don't you try and talk to Erin?" I asked.
"Umm.... I'll try " he said.

"Okay good " I said.

He put his arm around me as we walked back into the living room.

Luke smiled at me and and patted the space next to him on my mother's couch.

We sat next to Luke with Calum on the left me in the middle and Luke on the right.

I cuddled into Luke's right side and held his hand with my right, as my head laid , on his chest as he sat on the couch slouching.
With my left hand I held Calum's hand reassuring him.

He gave me a weak smile and leaned against me.

He whispered in my ear.
"Ima talk to Erin real quick"

I nodded.

He got up whispered something into Erin's ear and they got up and walked out of the room.

Lissette didn't even notice considering she was making out with Ashton on the floor and Michael and Nadyia staring at them in disgust.
Itzel and Ivan were sitting on the floor too completely distracted by their phones.

"Get a room!" Nadyia yelled.
Lissette laughed.
"Haha No!" Ashton said.

I looked at the tv and realized they put on Paranormal Activity 3.

I hugged Luke tighter as we watched the movie.

Calum's (P.O.V)

I was now walking with Erin to the Guest bedroom upstairs.

I didn't know what I was going to say to her yet.

We walked into the room and I could tell on her face she was nervous.

She sat on the bed and I stayed standing up looking at her.
She had her face looking straight at the ground.
I slowly walked over to her and say next to her.
It was silent .
There was no sound bug the tv from downstairs.
It was an awkward silence.
