Keith: now it would weird if we didn't dance

y/n smiled while keith smiled back at her then he grabbed her hand as they placed their glasses down walking to the dance floor once they were there he placed both hands on her lower back while she wrapped hers around the back of his head and they just slowly swayed side to side

Keith: almost thought you wouldn't come
Y: thought about it but the girls are so stuck on me giving you a chance
Keith: so you wouldn't have given me one if it wasn't for them
Y: i would've i'm just saying every decision would be made with a lot of overthinking
Keith: sometimes you gotta overthink to make the best decisions
Y: so you overthink before asking me to do things
Keith: nah bad or good decision i'll always want to be around you

Keith: i'd say it was at the club i saw how you stood up to my friend and i knew engaged or not i needed you in my life and i would do anything for that to happen

Keith: well i would say it was love at first sight but love is blind

Keith: yes because love isn't something you just say it's not one day you wake up and be like oh i love you no you feel it first before anything you feel that you love them and not only for their features you love them for being them just because they're being themselves that's when you realize you love someone so yes one hundred percent i believe it

Y: yea for now then you're gonna get closer to me and comfortable too comfortable and you're gonna get female friends tons of them one you're gonna get so close with that she likes you and will bash me on the internet then i'll get another friend and they'll take me on a date then i'll come home and i'll see you in your car fucking your friend behind my back
Keith: ok firstly i'm not kobe and that sounds oddly specific wait he cheated on you is that why you wouldn't answer my calls or texts
Y: yea...but i shouldn't care right since i almost cheated as well but i didn't though and that wasn't like me at all i just felt so neglected and you came and was so sweet and kind and i hadn't felt the feeling i felt when i was with you in a while and i let my emotions get the best of me when i shouldn't have and i acted out of character and i'm just a terrible person- whew ok thank you for letting me rant
Keith: ranting helps clear your mind and you're not a terrible person i could tell when you kissed me there was hella hesitation and sometimes when someone shows us more attention than the person we're with we get attached to them and we let our heart think before our head but if you get with me i promise i'll shower you in attention everyday and you never have to worry about me cheating those are promises i'll spend everyday with you if i have to

Keith: yes and no yes because i really want to be with you but no because you need a break from relationships before you jump into something new so this is me telling you i'm willing to wait until you're ready
