after a few minutes amador came back in without kobe and he went next to y/n whispering in her ear then he walked out because he had to go

Vanessa: what did he say
Y: leona called kobe crying about being in jail so he went to bail her out
Kiya: but she tried to kill amerie
Y: yea she did

y/n stopped talking and just laid amerie in her incubator then she laid down on her side so everyone else walked out while keith laid on the couch

Y: why
Keith: well everyone else left and you need at least someone to stay to make sure y'all are ok
Y: whatever just don't make a lot of noise i'm really tired
Keith: whatever you want

y/n closed her eyes going to sleep while keith got on his phone watching a movie until he fell asleep as well once she woke up keith handed her a few waffles from waffle house and some eggs

Keith: i was gonna let you eat the hospital food but it's disgusting so i thought this would be better

Keith: yea of course now do you want orange juice or apple juice
Y: uhhh orange just because i like to drink it with my pancakes

keith walked into the bathroom grabbing a towel then he walked back out holding it in front of y/n while she picked amerie up and pulled down the top of her gown feeding her

Keith: to make this less awkward i'll say i'm twenty one i did four years of college and majored in psychology to become a lawyer although i have that experience i decided to be an actor instead as you know i've had plenty of gigs like the new edition story reality high straight outta compton before i fall and my most recent one the tomorrow war
Y: yes i'm aware of all the movies you've been in no need to brag
Keith: i mean they're all just some light you know none too major for me

keith let out a small laugh while y/n pulled her robe back up and sat up burping amerie while keith put the towel down

Y: so what's up with you and ryan destiny y'all are literally the it couple
Keith: we were the it couple
Y: wait you're kidding what happened

Keith: well we decided to get married so we had a small one in our backyard where we met actually long story but we decided to tell everyone about the marriage five months in...we didn't make it that far though it's just we had a huge argument and things that shouldn't have been said were said and everything fell apart

keith walked out and y/n changed ameries diaper then rocked her trying to get her to go back to sleep

Y: we cried together for four months day in and day out because of what happened and now you're gonna stand here and basically try to defend her for what

Y: you bailed her out do you not hear what i'm saying right now
Kobe: jail is not a place you want to be and she has a social media base she could lose everything
Y: she tried to make me lose everything you don't even care about that though she deserved to be in jail and you went to get her because she called you with a pity phone call you just got manipulated and you can't even see it

Y: wow so even after all she did she's still your close friend really makes me wonder some things

Y: why is she still your friend after you left her for me don't say you didn't because yea you did after she tried to kill our daughter and after she tried publicly humiliated me multiple times

keith held out his hand towards y/n with a random debbie cake then he looked at her and she could tell he did it so she could stop arguing with him so she gave him a small smile and bit some of it while he bit it again in the same spot

Y: yea that is good actually
Kobe: we were in the middle of something
