a few days passed since then and it was christmas eve everyone was in the living room talking and just playing around while singing christmas songs while kobe was lifting y/n up so she could hang the mistletoe once she was done he put her down

Kobe: you know it would kind of ruin the whole memo if we didn't kiss under the mistletoe
Y: would it now
Kobe: yea it would and come on we wouldn't want to ruin it
Y: are you asking me or telling me
Kobe: a mixture of both

y/n smiled then wrapped her arms around the back of kobes neck kissing him while he placed both of his hands on her lower back pulling her closer to him and kissing her back they were now making out until vanessa cleared her throat and they pulled away smiling at each other then someone rung the doorbell so y/n walked to it opening it as soon as she did ahiella hugged her almost making her fall but when she caught her balance she hugged her back then she moved going to kiya while kaitlyn walked in giving y/n a hug

Kaitlyn: haven't seen you all christmas break you've been ghost since this whole thing
Y: because y'all went back to hanging out with jihoon and if you don't remember y'all wanted to do the same thing she did
Kaitlyn: i know that and i'm sorry i really am we were all just talking about it in a group and it was just a stupid joke to us it was before you and kobe even got together me and the girls were talking about who out of their group we'd get with if we didn't get the guy we wanted jihoon was the only one who was saying something after the fact y/n i promise i would never go out my way to hurt you like that you've been like a sister to me for years and the last thing i want to do is lose you over a guy i wouldn't want to lose you no matter what can you please forgive me
Y: ugh yea kaitlyn i forgive you
Kaitlyn: i missed you
Y: i missed you too

y/n hugged kaitlyn again while she hugged her back and they both took in a deep breath feeling better when they pulled away they just smiled at each other then cohen and aya walked in so y/n gave both of them a hug

Kobe: alright guys come on we're gonna watch krampus
Y: so no children movies
Kobe: aww are you scared
Y: i'm never scared
Kobe: then this movie will be perfect for you

y/n shook her head then closed the door and walked to the couch sitting next to kobe while he wrapped one arm around her shoulders with the other one on the couch while she had her head on his shoulder holding the hand he had around her shoulders while the other one was on his leg once the movie started everyone got quiet watching it every time there was a jump scare y/n would move closer to kobe by the time the movie ended there was no space between them after a while they watched another movie less scary the movie started making y/n tired so she sat on kobes lap facing the opposite direction and she laid her head on his shoulder while he wrapped his arms around her back after a while she fell asleep while they continued watching the movie and kobe shook his leg up and down to keep her sleep and rubbing her back after everyone finished the movie they turned the lights back on

Vanessa: see y/n has the right idea
Cohen: all she does is sleep
Kiya: that's my kind of person
Vanessa: me and you both i'll go get a cover for her
Kiya: can you get me one too
Vanessa: sure anyone else
Derek: us please
Cohen: and us
Vanessa: so everyone got it

they laughed quietly while vanessa got up going to the closet and getting a bunch of fuzzy blankets she gave the biggest one to kobe for him and y/n while he put it on them she handed out the rest

Kiya: kobe when is it going to happen
Kobe: when is what going to happen
Kiya: when are you going to post her
Kobe: me and y/n already talked about it
Kiya: she's the only girl who's been around this long she's the only one we actually like and she's the only one who can make you happy even when you're mad so why is she still in the shadows
Kobe: she's not in the shadows kiya y'all know about her my friends do and some people at school
Kiya: because we're family kobe and your friends are always around and do you realize how you said some people at school not all if you don't post her someone else will
Kobe: she said she'll wait until i'm ready
Kiya: of course she's gonna say that kobe she's gonna say anything to keep you happy because she cares about you it would take a fool to not see that she's completely head over heels for you and you can't even post her
Kobe: why is it such a big deal to you
Kiya: because this is the happiest i've ever seen you before and y/n is the sweetest girl i've ever met i'm not gonna let you ruin your relationship with her because you're too scared to tell people
Kobe: i'm not scared kiya
Kiya: i know you more than anyone so don't lie you're scared the internet will break you guys up but as an influencer couple that's something you're just gonna have to deal with there's gonna be people who are obsessed with you that are mad about it but oh well
Kobe: no it isn't oh well that's why i don't want to post her i don't want people coming at her just because she's with me i care too much about her to let people threaten her over some simple like that and no matter how much it would hurt i'd rather break up with her than see her go through anything like that
