hours passed and she laid amerie in her crib kissing her head and turning off the lights cracking the door then she went to her room laying on the bed and getting under the cover closing her eyes and falling asleep when she woke up she took her phone off dnd seeing hundreds of thousands of messages from supporters with messages from kobe some begging her to come back and some cussing her out then there were ones from keith asking if she was ok or saying he would understand if she doesn't want to talk anymore but his last one is the one that woke her up it was him saying not only was he at her house but he was downstairs on her couch so she got up fixing her hair and making sure her clothes looked alright then she went downstairs and that's when he got up from the couch walking to her
Y: keith how the hell did you get in my house Keith: i'm keith that name has powers behind it no pun intended Y: the pun was definitely intended but what do you want Keith: well i mean after you kinda hurried out of my car the other day i wanted to text you to make sure you were ok or that i didn't make you uncomfortable and you kinda ghosted me Y: i didn't hurry Keith: you definitely did Y: whatever but i said i wasn't uncomfortable and i didn't ghost you Keith: you didn't respond all night for hours and if i didn't show up you probably still wouldn't have Y: maybe maybe not Keith: that's not why i came here though Y: then why did you Keith: there's a ball tonight i want you to come with me Y: a ball Keith: yea and i want you to be there Y: who's hosting it Keith: a friend of mine so what do you say Y: uhh i don't know Keith: i promise it'll be fun Y: can i think about it Keith: it's at eight if you show up then that's my answer and if not then the same thing applies but i'd love for you to come i put the dress i want you to wear on the couch so it's your choice see you then
keith put his hand on the bottoms of y/ns chin lifting her head up but he only smiled then moved away walking out while she walked to the couch picking up the dress then going to her room trying it on and standing in the mirror turning around in a small circle when the girls came in

y/n unzipped the ball gown putting it on the bed and pairing it with a pair of heels then she went into ameries room picking her up feeding bathing and changing her then walking around the house with her just to get familiar with all the rooms while the girls were in y/ns room sitting on the bed watching movies of course time went by slow but at six thirty y/n handed amerie to sharan while she got in the shower once she finished she got out dried off then went into the room putting on lace under clothing then putting the dress over it zipping the back and putting on her heels then she made lucianna do her hair and once she was done she sprayed herself in perfume put on her lipstick and grabbed her hand held wallet going downstairs
Y: ok so guys how- Kristen: do we even have to say it because i think our faces say enough
y/n laughed then kissed ameries forehead before walking out the door and getting in the car the place was an hour away and it was seven thirty meaning she'd be thirty minutes late she just sighed and started the car when she finally made it she hurried up the long steps then walked inside being greeted by a bunch of people while she greeted them back then after a while of pushing through crowds she finally found keith walking up to him
Keith: actually here she is Woody: her from the party the one that spilt the drink on me Keith: yup Y: i'm flattered you remember me Luke: you look great just saying Y: thank you keith bought this for me Algee: fucking simp Y: i thought it was a cute gesture Keith: see algee i'm winning and what are you Algee: getting deals Woody: the least out of all of us though Algee: man you're only known for playing bobby in the new edition story and the bobby brown story let's stay humble ok ok
algee patted woodys shoulder making everyone laugh while he rolled his eyes mocking him then a lady came around with a tray of dom pérignon rose gold champagne so he flagged her down and when she came over he grabbed one for everyone passing them out then once he grabbed one for y/n he just looked at before handing it to her
Woody: see i could've gotten payback Y: you knew better than that so stay humble
