once they finally landed they grabbed their bags and got a taxi taking them to the houses they were a few streets away from each other so the others got dropped off first then y/n and kobe when they walked in the house they looked around then walked upstairs seeing all the empty rooms and they stepped into the biggest room

Y: i guess this one is ours
Kobe: i guess so
Y: this feels so weird
Kobe: yea but we'll get used to it
Y: ok so the bed could go right here-
Kobe: nope this is a team effort
Y: no because when you get in your i want it my way mood you're not even gonna want to listen to my ideas

Y: yes you do and after a while if it doesn't go your way you get mad

Y: watch half way through this house that mood is gonna show i promise you

Y: anyways
Kobe: don't anyways me
Y: anyways how are we getting groceries
Kobe: we can walk
Y: you're out of your rabid ass mind
Kobe: well our cars won't be here for two days
Y: well looks like sleeping on floors and eating takeout for two days it is
Kobe: why don't we just uber
Y: you want to uber everywhere for two days
Kobe: or we can uber to a car dealership and waste money renting a car
Y: i like that option
Kobe: of course you do come on

kobe pulled out his phone calling an uber then him and y/n walked downstairs waiting once it got there they told them where to drop them off then once they made it they got out the car and walked inside

Worker: hey how may i help y'all
Kobe: hello we're looking for a rental car because my fiancé is too lazy to walk around
Y: no we're looking for a rental car because smart ass over here wants to walk everywhere until our cars get here in two days
Worker: haha ok well come this way

while they were following the lady y/n pinched kobes arm and he bit her then the worker turned around and they just waved smiling once they made it to the cars she showed them a few options

Kobe: ok not to sound boujee but do you have any that are maybe i don't know like my lambo
Worker: um we have some for sell but for rental i don't know
Kobe: can i see them
Y: we came here to rent a car kobe not buy one
Kobe: ok but i might buy one just one sec

the worker showed them to the lambos and kobe looked around trying to find a different one that wasn't all black once he found a red one he stopped and looked at it smiling

Worker: that one is five hundred th-
Kobe: shhh just take my card

kobe gave the worker his card and ran his finger along the car still smiling while y/n hit her forehead shaking her head when the lady came back she handed kobe his card and told them to wait until they pulled it out front so they waited for nearly thirty minutes until it came and kobe jumped up and down then he got in it

Kobe: oh yea this tough
Y: i can not believe you
Kobe: aye now we don't have to worry about returning it so come on get in

y/n rolled her eyes and got in the car closing the door then kobe started it up and sped off while she quickly put on her seatbelt leaning all the way back in the seat in less than ten minutes they made it to the store and they got out the car walking inside

Y: i'm walking home on the way back you almost killed us
Kobe: almost but we made it
Y: and to think we still gotta go to the furniture store

y/n grabbed a basket pushing it around while kobe put things in and she picked up things as well once they finished they paid and put them in the car getting in and going to the nearest furniture store they saw a few pieces for the house like bed couches tables chairs refrigerator washer and dryer etc so they bought all that after constantly debating with each other over which one they wanted they ordered it all then they sat in the car sighing

Y: you did exactly what i said
Kobe: and what's that
Y: you got in that mood that it has to be your way
Kobe: no i didn't
Y: yes you did i said one thing and you would always have something to say right after that most of the things we got was because it's what you wanted the whole house is gonna be things you want because apparently only your opinion matters
Kobe: ok i'm sorry if you want you can pick the covers
Y: fuck off
Kobe: ok be in charge of the kitchen and living room maybe even the bathroom but i'm doing the room

y/n got on her phone while kobe drove off going to home depot when they made it they walked in buying carpets paint tvs kitchen appliances and just a bunch of things by the time they made it back to the house and finished putting everything in the place it belongs y/n pulled out her phone tracking the furniture

Y: it should be here by next week
Kobe: damn we sleeping on the floor for a week
Y: who's we i bought an air mattress
Kobe: yea for us
Y: ehhh i don't know i don't have a say so in this house
Kobe: oh shit you right the mattress is for us
