two months passed and it was the day kobe told y/n he'd come visit he told her he'd come last month but he said something came up so she was so excited this time she stayed up all day the night before setting things up and picking out outfits to wear she was waiting until he told her he landed but instead he called her and she looked at the phone confused but answered and when he popped up in the screen he was still in his LA apartment

Y: i thought you were coming today
Kobe: yea i know i'm sorry but i can't make it
Y: why not
Kobe: it's just some people we gotta meet today
Y: you couldn't have postponed that to see me
Kobe: if i could i would but i really need this opportunity
Y: ok i understand
Kobe: do you really
Y: yea have fun
Kobe: i gotta meet someone who's gonna give me more opportunities
Y: i said i understand
Kobe: i'll make it up to you i promise
Y: you said that last month but ok
Kobe: y/n
Y: it's fine kobe
Kobe: i love you

Kobe: don't be mad at me
Y: i won't
Kobe: i'll call you later ok

y/n hung up putting her phone on the bed and she sighed going downstairs to the kitchen grabbing a bag of grapes then she walked back upstairs sitting on the bed that's when kiya walked in sitting next to her

Kiya: you look like somethings on your mind what's up with you
Y: kobe was supposed to come see me today but he canceled again this is the second time
Kiya: he's busy
Y: yea i know but why constantly say you're gonna come see me and you don't this is the second time he's said that i just feel like maybe he doesn't want to see me
Kiya: don't talk like that i'm sure he's got something going on you know he'd go above and beyond for you he asked you to marry him
Y: yea kiya i know i just wish he would at least let me know another time before the day before it just kills me because i miss him so much and i feel like i'm the only one putting in time kiya it's draining i love him to death but it's the second time he's canceled on me last minute i feel like i'm not even the number one priority anymore
Kiya: if kobe didn't want you anymore or wasn't interested he'd say some he'd let you know
Y: well maybe it's time for him to let me know kiya
Kiya: don't talk like that come on how about we go and do something maybe something that you and kobe did before
Y: we've done a lot of things before
Kiya: good then it'll be easier for us
Y: fine i don't see how this will help though
Kiya: it'll help trust me come on

y/n and kiya got up going downstairs out the house and into her car driving off she drove for what felt like forever until they stepped out the car and walked into the forest sitting down on the side of the stream

Kiya: this is really pretty but why are we here
Y: this is the place i went when everything happened with my mom it's the first place me and kobe went after he first told me he loved me
Kiya: so why is this the place you picked
Y: because i miss him
Kiya: and you don't think he misses you
Y: wether he misses me or not isn't the problem the problem is two different times he told me he was coming and both times he canceled
Kiya: something came up it happens all the time
Y: ok then if you even think something is gonna come up don't tell me you're coming and then since i'm with him i have to be understanding like yea ok the second time you've said this but yea i understand it's bullshit my feelings aren't even being considered but kobes are since he's busy
Kiya: no ones not considering your feelings because i get it you're upset it's the second time he's done it and he just expects you to still be supportive when he's not even trying to understand your side of the story i get it i know it sucks but sadly as a fiancé that's kinda what you have to do you have to be supportive even when you wish you could just block him and not talk to him until he apologizes but that's not how it is since you're with him now you gotta understand you gotta be ok with him not apologizing you get all these unspoken rules and the one time you don't follow it you're pinned out as the bad guy it's bullshit i know but that's how it is sadly
Y: so basically either understand or be the reason he can't succeed got it can we go now
Kiya: sure

y/n and kiya got up and went back in the car starting it up and going back to his house when they made it they walked in then kiya hugged y/n before walking off in a different direction while she went upstairs into kobes room sitting on his bed before getting under the covers and grabbing her bear sniffing it and trying to either calm herself down or fall asleep something wasn't allowing her to she didn't know what it was but she had a gut feeling that something wasn't right so she sat back up and pulled out her phone seeing she was being tagged thousands of times in a post by a bunch of supporters who knew she liked kobe or whatever so she pressed the post and when she saw it she just rolled her eyes
