I was up earlier than usual today since today is my video release party for distraction. I'm lowkey nervous since ik there's gonna be a lot of industry people there. I was relying on Amber to have the venue ready since she said she would take care of it.
I was currently in the kitchen sitting at the island with Amber on the phone

"The place is basically ready, later on in the day the caterers will set up the food." Amber said

"Okay and are you sure everyone got their invites and they rsvped" I asked worried

"Yea girl don't worry this is what i'm here for babe" She replied reassuringly

"How bout my hair makeup and stylist? What time are they coming?" I asked

"They gonna come at around 3:30 to 4 just chill ok. If there's any problems i'll call you now get off my line." She said hanging up and i just sighed heavily

I took out my music book and started writing for the song I was gonna do with Travis. Yea i forgot to mention that but Travis is going to be on one of my songs for my new album i'm dropping in a couple of months. Later on next month i'll be doing a song with Chris Brown which will obviously be out before the album since it's a single.
I wrote for about an hour before i heard someone coming down the stairs.

"Morninggg" Brooklyn sang

"Hey girl" I said in response

"Why you look so tired. You should be excited your release party is today" She said jumping around

"Oh i'm definitely excited but i think the nervousness is taking over the excitement." I said sighing. I have a lot of anxiety so when big events come up or just me having to talk in public gives me a whole bunch of anxiety.

"You'll be fine you have us and even Melo Gelo and Zo. We got you girl... from right here" She said moving back. (She was referencing the tik tok of jamal)

"You're annoying yo" I said shaking my head. She then went to the fridge taking out stuff out

"What you making?" I asked cause honestly i'm hungry. I didn't eat anything since i woke up

" Yk that thing i started making from tiktok ima make that for us."

"Oh lemme get your opinion while your doing that. I was just writing some stuff" I told her

"Is this for your song with Travis?" She asked

"Mhmm ok ima start" I said
