~Bella's POV~
"This is bad."
"Understatement of the year. Two of our kids our missing." Helix said.
"Adrien...?" Our eyes pointed to Adrien who was sitting alone at the corner of the room.
"We haven't found anything yet. It's been 3 days since Eva's disappearance and Zia...Oh my ARGGGHH!" He screamed.
"We have to try something else. Did smirky leave some more notes?
"No." Kai said in the most non-energetic way possible.
"What if we're looking at this the wrong way?" Helix suggested.
"What do you mean?" Lou asked.
"What if the notes meant something else?"
"How so?"
"Let's take a look at it again." We took the separate notes given to Adrien and Kai.
"Wait, look. These letters are in caps."
"Write it down!" Adonis took a pen and and a paper.
"sWeet...oR...bAby" Helix read.
"Well that was helpful." Lou said, sarcastically.
Nova's brows wrinkled. "No wait. The letters are W, R and A. If we rearrange it, it's..."
"War." Adrien murmured. "Let me see Kai's"
"I...She's...Air...kiD...aNd...wiLl"
"I, S, A, D, N, L" Kai said.
"Sandil." "Island." Adonis and I said at the same time.
"Oh right. Island." He added.
"War Island?"
~Nova's POV~
"Hey, John, check this out." We both went to check the crime scene.
"What's that?"
My eyes opened wide and my mouth was covered with my hand. "...They're getting a divorce?" I turned the paper over. We saw a sticky note stuck on the back. "Be careful who you trust..." John and I looked at each other.
"Do you think Adrien has something to do with this?"
"No I- I don't know. He's been with us since the before the battle. He can't- He won't hurt Eva and their daughter..."
"This note is from smirky, Nova. How do we know who to trust now?" No words formed in my head.
"We need to talk to the others...without Adrien."
~Lou's POV~
"What does that even mean?"
"War Island? It's gotta be Crimson." Bella pushed.
"So what? Are we just gonna go there? No back up? No nothing? We don't even know who or what we're dealing with here." Helix argued.
I nodded. "Yeah. What if it's a trap?"
"Ok, do you have any other ideas?" Kai added.
"GUYS!" Nova and John entered the room.
"Can we talk to you for a minute?"
"Sure." Adrien answered.
"...Without-" John cut her.
"Without the dads."
