58 - Zach Herron ( Why Don't We )

" You can if you want, " she whispers. " Kiss me, " she adds. I lean in and kiss her, and she quickly starts kissing me back. 

I closed my eyes as I wrapped my arms around her. When I opened them I was laying down in my bed, and I slowly sat up looking around my room. That was a dream, seriously?! I'm starting to have dreams about her now, why?! Am I that in love with her?! 

I then just got ready for the day, truly it's a whole mess. I've. been in love with her since we were 14. I was in love with her even before I joined the band, it's just who wouldn't be? She's a great girl with a wonderful personality. Of course she has the attitude problem, but come on which girl doesn't have that problem. She was raised with all boys. She's the second oldest, it goes Bentley who was born in 1999, her, then Ray who was born in 2005, and then her twin brothers Jesse and Jamie who were born in 2015. Yes, the twins were a double surprise. She's a great person, and when she's playing with Jamie and Jesse it's the cutest thing ever. Like when she's teaching them to be kind, it's like her smile is out of this world. 

She went on tour with us, she was the main one who went with Eben when we got to places. She loves traveling, she always has her camera with her taking photos of everything and anything. She's really good at photography, like really good at it. She's good at a lot of things, like I bet she's good at kis- nope don't go there that is your best friend. 

I have to act like we're only friends, even though I wish we were more. And I feel like we're more, come on our friendship is different. Of course, ever since she started dating Apollo she's been acting different. They've been dating for 8 months now, which is pretty cool. I'm happy for her, you know I want her to be happy. And as much as I wish that it was me I'm not going to force it. My mom says that we will happen when the time is right, which honestly I wish there was a time being right for us. But all I can do now is hope and wish she's happy with whoever she is with. 

My phone had blown up, and I quickly looked to see what happened. All of the boys and Y/n called me, I wonder what happened. I decided to call Jack to see what's up. I know Y/n's in the studio right now. " Hey Jack what's up? " I ask him. 

" Dude where were you?! Y/n came to the studio crying her eyes out and covered in blood! " Jack tells me, he's stressed like deeply stressed. I instantly grabbed my things and running to my car. 

" Where are you? " I ask him. 

" Hospital, " he comments. 

" Is she alright? " I ask him. 

" I don't know, we haven't heard anything yet, " he mutters. 

" I'm on my way, " I comment. 

Why did Y/n call me? Why did she call me? 

When I arrived to the hospital I was greeted by Jack. He instantly walked forward grabbing a hold of me hugging me tightly. They must have found something out. We walked forward towards I assume her room, and I was greeted by her attached to a ton of wires and tubes. She looks dead. " What happened? " I ask him, I was trying to hold in the tears. But I knew I was about to fail.

I walked forward grabbing a hold of her hand, she looked at me with a small smile. She had oxygen going through her nose. So she could still talk if she wanted to, but she had bruises all over her neck. So I don't know if she would want to. " Zach... " she begins. 

" Hey you don't need to talk if you don't want to, " I whisper. 

" Don't... let... A..Apollo.... in, " she says struggling to get the words together. 

" Y/n, what did he do? " I ask her, I begin to hear yelling and I begin to get up and she grabs a hold of my hand. " Do you want me to stay? " I ask, she quickly nods her head. And I move back down in my seat staying there. " I'm here, I'm here, " I whisper to her. She fell asleep, and I moved to go see why there was yelling. Franny is yelling at Apollo, and he's beaten up. 

" I have a right to see her she's my girlfriend! " Apollo screams, Christian is holding him back, and Daniel is holding Franny back. 

" You hit her with your car! " Franny screams back. 

" You did what? " I ask him. 

" Oh of course he's here, was he in there with her alone?! See this is why I need to be with her 24/7, or that one is going to do something bad to her, " he yells. I scoff at him, I'm about to beat him. And I can tell that Jack notices that cause he's moving from where he was to standing in front of me. 

" Now you listen here! " I begin. 

" No you listen to me! Since the day I met you, you have been trying to steal my girlfriend away from me. Don't think I'm an idiot, I know you're in love with her. I know you think you're going to eventually end up with her. And here's the thing you never will! She doesn't love you, and the fact that you're only friends with her because you want to get with her is the most horrible thing you could do! You don't deserve her, none of you foolish idiots do! So I did the reasonable thing, because if she wants to leave me because she's in love with you! She's got something else coming, so I hit her with my car. Because if I can't have her no one can! " He yells. 

Y/n's P.O.V.

" Apollo shut the hell up, " I state, everyone turns to me as I roll out. 

" Baby, " he tries to walk forward, but Christian stops him. 

" Go to hell, I broke up with you. Get over it, move on, you cheated on me during our relationship. So why don't you just go sleep around, now I'm sure that you won't for a little bit cause you're about to be arrested for attempted murder. But please just shut the hell up, " I tell him. " I'm not yours anymore, I didn't break up with you because I am in love with Zach. I started... I started dating you to try and get over Zach. And I did love you, I did Apollo. But you became abusive, you became obsessive, you became unhealthy, " I comment, I saw Zach's facial expression change when I said all of that. 

I didn't even watch as the next few scenes followed. I went back into my room, and I heard Zach following me. " You love me? " He asks, I turn to him as he stands by the door. I give him a nod. 

" Yeah, I've been in love with you since we were 11, " I whisper chuckling. He walks towards me crouching down and kissing me. And I quickly kiss back. 

" I love you too, " he whispers to me. 

I guess my mom was right, we did end up together in the end. We of course took it slow, and I was recovering but I'm just glad I was able to have him by my side as I was recovering.
