It could've been a few hours, or it could've been a few months. I lost track of time and space. This was nothing like my last imprisonment. No room, no bed, no fancy meals, I was indeed a prisoner this time. A dark cell, underground by the looks of it, covered in a strange crystal I'd never seen before. But, I do know that I am underground. A strange rumbling hit the cave every half hour, if I had to guess. Dirt fell from the ceiling, and the ground shook. I tried to reach my hands to my temples to hold back the pounding headache that was slowly developing, but found course fabric chaffing against my skin. I groaned. Of course they'd tie me up. I looked around, seeing that I had not been given food or water yet, but even if I had I wouldn't have eaten it. All I could think about was Megan, Nathen, and Keefe. Keefe, being Keefe, would probably do something stupid, but I hoped he'd keep Megan and Nathen safe, and not put them in this new groups path. Lost in my own thoughts, I didn't notice the black cloaked figure stalking towards me until they were directly in front of the cold metal bars keeping me from the world. Feeling a sudden urge of sarcasm rising above my anger and sadness, i drawled,

"Did you have to tie me up?"

The figure sighed. "Yes. You might've run away."

I snorted. Run away? With their cage surrounding me? Yeah, right.

"Fine, don't tell me. And so what? We both know that I wouldn't have gotten far."

I looked at the figure, and took in the curves of their body, and the way they stood. Like a panther about to pounce. A girl. A woman. She studied me carefully, drinking in my newfound attitude. I flicked my eyes to the now tangled blonde hair covered in dirt. I hissed.

"I can't believe you've done this."

She looked surprised at the sudden question. "Done what? Kidnap you?"

I almost put my head between my knees. As if I needed reminded. The mere thought of it made me sick.

"No, I'm fine with the kidnapping. I'm just ticked off that you messed up my hair." I said, sarcastically. "Yes of course I'm upset you kidnapped me!"

She rolled her eyes, which gleamed a midnight blue from under the hood of her hood. "You always did use sarcasm when you were scared and trying to be tough, Sophie."

I started. How could she possibly know that? She laughed a faintly familiar sound.

"You haven't figured it out yet Sophie? Well why don't I make it easier for you?"

She flipped her hood back and I gasped.

I did know her.

Oooooooh whoooo isssssss ittttttt? This chapter was honestly really fun to write, but the majority of the conversation isn't fully mine, I took parts of it from various places. Hope you liked it!
