He has a nightmare

Gray:
He was shaking a lot, gripping the sheets until he finally woke up, his heart beating rapidly. Due to the nightmare, his first instinct was to shake you awake.

"Gray ? What's the matter ?" You groaned.
Gray: "I was just, checking if you were ok."
"If I'm ok ? Gray did you have a nightmare ?"
Gray: "N-no, I just...."
"It's ok, let's talk about it."

Laxus:
This guy has never gotten a nightmare before so when we woke up covered in sweat, his head was filled with this strange new feeling. Feeling of fear, and so he got up to check the doors and windows which woke you up due to the noise.

"Laxus ? What are you doing ?"
Laxus: "Honestly, I don't know myself."
"Wouldyou like to talk about it ?"
Laxus: "... Sure."

Gajeel:
He was struggling to keep his breathing slow, you noticed and shook him awake.

Gajeel: "Did you need something shrimp ?"
"You were breathing heavy, did you have a nightmare ?"
Gajeel: "Why would I have a nightmare?!!" He turned his face away with a hint of blushing.
"Because you were breathing heavy and I was worried about you."
He turned back around.
Gajeel: "..... It was more of a sick dream If anything."
"C'mon, I'm all ears."

Rogue:
He bolted up straight after he fell in his dream, which woke up fro who decided to wake up you.

Fro: "Rogue had a nightmare (y/n)-Chan."
Rogue: "I-I'm sorry for waking you two up!"
"No need to apologize, what's wrong ?"
Rogue: ".. I had a nightmare."
Fro: "I think so too!"
"Aww here let's cuddle that way those night terrors will go away."
Fro and rogue: "Yay!"

Sting:
Lector woke him up after he had a night terror, he turned to you and shook you awake as well.

"What's the matter ?"
Sting: "Mind cuddling with me for a bit ?"
"Why ? It's late."
Sting: "I had a nightmare."
"Aww poor thing, come here."

He actually woke up a bit angry thinking midnight was pranking him but then thought why would midnight prank him at night ? He does that in the morning where everyone feels safe.
And so he just sat there thinking about the dream until you suddenly woke up.

"Why are you breathing so loud ?"
Cobra: "N-nothing, I can't sleep."
"A bad dream ?"
Cobra: "No!"
"....."
Cobra: "... Yeah."
"Just tell me I'll listen."

Jellal:
A scream could be through a four story building, needless to say he was shaking.
Jellal took a deep breath and turned to your side of the bed only to see you weren't there. He almost screamed again until he saw you at the door way.

"Erza said this would help, I saw you shaking and she said that cake would help."
Jellal: "Oh, thank you (y/n)."
"Of course"
Jellal: "But could you please just stay by my side next time ?"
"Will do."

Midnight:
He woke up in a cold sweat, eyes wide open. You woke up a minute after him since this usually never happens.

He just didn't say anything as he was too shocked, him having a nightmare ?

You asked him what was wrong, he turned his body to you as you sat up. Midnight didn't say anything but pulled you into a hug, cuddling his face into your neck.

"Midnight you can tell me."
Midnight: "... I think, I had a ... nightmare.."
"Oh, are you ok ?"
Midnight: "I guess, it's nothing."
"Nothing ? You should talk about it."
Midnight: "Really it's nothing, just hug me tight."
"*sigh* Sure thing."

Nothing but tossing and turning, gripping the bed sheets until his body let him wake up.

He woke up screaming "ACNOLOGIA" which scared you awake.

Lyos: "Sorry Sorry, don't know what got into me"
"You ok ?"
Lyos: "I think so. Don't know why I would dream of acnologia."
"Hmm, we'll talk about it tomorrow, try and get some sleep love."
Lyos: "Can you come closer ?"
"Sure"

If he were to have a nightmare, it would be real and there'd be giant jokes everywhere.

He sat up, slowly and shocked he turned to your sleeping form. Naturally he decided to wake you up.

Bickslow: "Babe ? You're alive right ?"
"No I was in the middle of dying." You joked.
Bickslow: "That's not funny right now." He frowned.
"Is everything ok ? Your usually cool with dark humor."
Bickslow: "Not right now I'm not."
You hugged him and said "Why don't you tell me about it ?"
