I read the paper over again. They didn't have much on my little sister, and what they did have was from her toddler years, or school records.
"Are you sure she's dead?" I asked. "I couldn't do this if she wasn't." I said.
"Yes ma'am she's as dead as a doornail." A cop with ginger hair told me, his name plate said WOODS on it. "I hope you won't mind taking your sister in."
"Not at all." I said with a smile. "I'd love to have her."
