Chapter 51 part 1

I reached out to hold Kyliee to cuddle up but instead I felt an empty space next to me. I didn't want to open my eyes cause I knew the moment I do my mom would get a weird feeling telling her that I'm awake and make my ass cook breakfast.
So I stayed in bed pretending to be asleep but as I grabbed a pillow I felt a hard slap on my cheeks.

"I know your awake so get up!" Kyliee said as she threw a pillow at me again.

"Whyyyy.." I said with a lazy tone in my voice.

"Come on..Kris, this is are last day here and I want to go hiking." She said.

"Whyy!! Are you awake so early!!" I told her.

"Cause it's a beautiful day and I'm happy." She said as she crawled towards me and kissed me.

Kyliee tried to crawl back up but I grabbed her and she fell into my arms.

"Babee!" Kyliee said.

"We'll get up in a minute.." I told her.

"Your so cute!" She said as kissed my neck and hold me tighter close to her.

"How far is this hiking trail?" I asked her.

"Its not that far..like around the corner just like your restaurant." Kyliee said.

I snap back my head to look at her and say, "it's was just around the corner."

"Yeah..you need help with your distances." She said giving me funny look.

"Is everyone still asleep?" I asked her.

"No your dad and my dad are awake and making coffee."

"Would you be a peach and make me some?" I asked her.

"Aaaaa..noo..you got legs!"

"Butt!"

"Butt..butt..get your ass up!" She said as she loosen herself from me.

"Your already up..all you to do now is walk over there and make me a cup of joe." I told her.

She didn't say nothing, she just threw more pillows at me. Before walking away from our tent. I crawled towards the door and yelled out to her.

"How rude!"

Kyliee turned around and smiled at me. I loved that fact that we can joke around with us other like two friends. I finally got up and made my way to the bathroom to freshen up for this hike. When I got back Kyliee was already to go with a backpack on.

"Your so slow!" Kyliee said.

The moment she said that I began moving even more slower.

"Really..Kris..your moving like a turtle."

"A cute turtle."

"Noo! And can you move a little faster."

"I'm short..my steps can only go this far."

"Sira!" She said while laughing.

"Before you two go eat breakfast first." My dad told us.

"That's okay we're just going to snack on trail mixes!" Kyliee said.

"Wait no I want real food..plus I'm not into nuts.."

"We know Kris..from an earlier age." My dad said.

Kyliee couldn't stop laughing.

"Pancakes!!" I yelled out.

"Where you guys going hiking?" Kyliee's dad asked us.

"Runyon Canyon." Kyliee said.

"We're doing the easy trail..right!" I asked her.

"Of course!" Kyliee said.

"But I knew she was lying."

"Come on sosuke..lets go!"  Kyliee said as she stand up and started walking towards my car.

"You two be careful." My dad said.

"Always do!" I told them.

On the way there Kyliee took out a map of the trail, planning out where we were heading off too.

"Wait..I thought we were going to do an easy trail." I asked her.

"When did I said that!"

"When I was whining about this hike we are about to do." I told her.

"Nope I don't remember that."

I couldn't believe what I was hearing and seeing, she was pulling a Kris on me. I just looked at her and shook my head with a smirk.

"Yeah your not the only one who can play dumb." She said.

"Whattt..I never do that." Telling her with confidence.

Kyliee put down the map and reached out to turn on the radio.

"So what made you want to go on this hike." I asked her.

"Nothing I just wanted to go on an adventure with you." She said.

"You know we could have done that in our tent right!"

"Baliw!" She said as she hit me.

Everything was perfect and there was only one thing to do is to have some road trip music so I started singing..
