ALTHEA's pov.
*short chapter*

"bitch come on be excited! ur 17!" alexa squealed shaking me in my bed as i groaned rolling over.
"i'll drag ur ass al, get up!" genesis exclaimed running into the room and pulling the sheets off of me. Alexa opened my blinds as stokeley recorded the interaction. "UGHHHHHH" i groaned loudly into my pillow. "fine i'm up! i'm up!" i exclaimed as alexa let go of my legs.
They all walked out allowing me to get ready. My heart was heavy today. It's my first birthday without avani, and jahseh wasn't even here. I wish avani was still alive, things would be so different. Me and her were supposed to move in together, start our lives together and now i couldn't even bare to step foot in the places we went together. Everything we did it was always avani and althea, and now it's just althea.
My phone began ringing as i curled my hair. I picked it up pressing answer. "hello?"
"happy birthday sissy!!!" mia yelled thru the phone with my mom as i smiled at myself in the mirror. "thank you babe. wanna come over?... u can bring mom to.." i spoke the last part quieter.
"bet! we'll be over in 20!"
i hung up. Finishing my hair and changing into a cute outfit.
I walked into the living room as gabe, trunks, coolie and stokeley whistled. i chuckled while alexa spun me around. "U LOOK THICCCC!" genesis yelled slapping my ass
"okok enough" i exclaimed with a laugh. Stokeley ran over hugging me tightly. "ahh"
"happy birthday sis" he patted my back pulling away as coolie smirked at me.
"no! coolie no-" i was cut off by him running over and body slamming me into the couch. I groaned loudly as everybody laughed.
"happy birthday girlll" trunks spoke as i thanked him. Today for my birthday, we were all gonna go apartment or house seeking. ALL of us besides genesis planned on moving in together, including members only.
Stokeleys phone rang, as he picked it up. "hey-" a huge smile formed on the boys face. "it's for u althea" he handed me the phone as i stood confused. "hello?" i spoke.
"happy birthday baby."

A wide smile spread across my cheeks. I squealed loudly causing everyone to laugh including jah. "just calling to let you know how much i care about u, i'm sorry i couldn't be there. Stokeley has a gift for you, to keep u some company until i'm out. Damn this calls almost over i only have one minute." he cut himself off with a weak 'tahahah' But i can't wait to see you, have a good day my love. Make it special, just like you." and with that the phone hung up. I sighed handing ski his phone back.
"well, althea. Jahsehs gift is right out here, comeee" he waved me over as i walked with him.
he led me to.. A DOG?? jahseh got me a dog?!
i screamed loudly kneeling to pet the little husky.
Of course it was a dog, jahseh loves animals.
