ALTHEA's pov.
*short ass chapter but it's js sum to post lolz*
"i get that, but there's nothing else we can do?" stokeley pleaded thru the phone to who im assuming is jahsehs mom.
"mrs cleo! i'm trying to hel-" stokeley cut himself off as he pulled the phone away from the ear realizing she hung up on him. He slammed his phone into the couch plopping down angrily as tarantino laid his head on his shoulder jokingly.
"get off me fatass" stokeley groaned as tarantino laid on him. "man fuck u" he stated dryly getting off of stoke. i sat on the couch bouncing my knee. I had gotten zero sleep last night, i was way too worried about jahseh.
"althea"
"althea!" gabe shouted to me as i jumped out of my trance. "sorry what?"
"ur phone" he handed it to me as i looked seeing a bunch of messages from mia. "fuck" i spoke under my breathe grabbing my keys.
"i have to go. Can you guys let me know if anything happens?" i asked the girls. "ofc !" Alexa reassured me as genesis gave me a hug.
I opened the door letting out a huge breathe,as a few boys sat smoking on the porch.
I said my goodbyes, walking to my car.

"there u are!" mia exclaimed with a wide smile as i made my way inside setting my keys down. I looked a hot mess. My mom was sat on my couch with a guy, as i furrowed my eyebrows looking back and forth.
"oh, althea this is dan , my boyfriend" she spoke as i widened my eyes. "and this is who u wanna live with mia?" i questioned confused referring to our mom.
"oh come on althea" mia rolled her eyes annoyed grabbing one last box. "okok..." i put my hands up in defense grabbing the last box from mias hands, as we all made our way downstairs to my moms car.
I set the box in, as i shut the door. Mia wrapped her arms around me harshly, with a sad expression. "imma visit u every chance i get" she reassured me as i nodded.
" i love you mia, just know you'll always have a home with me. Be safe kid" i ruffled her hair as she sat in the back. I shut the door for her waving as i watched the car drive off. I didn't care enough to say bye to my mom or that dan dude.
I made my way back upstairs looking around, i was alone.
No jahseh to come annoy me, no mia to come for advice, just a quiet void. It kinda made me sad. If there was one thing i hoped, i hoped for jahseh to get out soon. I don't know how i'd handle seeing him in there for a long time.
